I left and I purchased the part from another dealer. This company has made every things convenient for themselves rather than for their customers. basically they bully their customers. I won't buy anythings from them and do not recommend them to any one. The only way we can change their business model is to go elsewhere where they value and respect their customers. There are hundreds of dealerships in the valley. I hope this was helpful for doing business with them.

I would like to say thank you to Shane Rose for treating my car as it was his own. I was notified by my service advisor Harry Gaines that while doing an inspection on the car Shane found a small leak on the rear axle. They kept my car a few days more to perform the warranty work. Thank you Shane! If you are looking for 5 star service, go see Shane at Sanderson Commercial

I have never written a review before, but this dealership absolutely deserves one…read more I dropped off my 2023 Mustang on Thursday for a warranty issue. It is now Tuesday, and they have not even looked at the car. Not diagnosed. Not tested. Not touched. I called four times between Saturday and Tuesday. Every single time I was told "someone is looking at it and will call you right back." They never called back. Not once. That's not a mistake that's a pattern of lying to customers. On Monday, I physically went into the dealership because phone calls were clearly useless. I was told they would replace the EVAP purge valve and run an EVAP test. As of today, the car still hasn't moved. Zero work done. Meanwhile, I've spent more money on a rental car in six days than it would have cost to take this vehicle to a competent independent shop and fix the problem outright. The only difference? I made the mistake of trusting a Ford warranty. They are happy to sell you a warranty for $3k, $5k, or $10k, but once your car is in their possession, there is zero urgency, zero communication, and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like they think that because the repair is under warranty, your time doesn't matter. For anyone reading this: you can cancel your Ford warranty at any time and get your money back. I will be canceling mine immediately. This level of service is pathetic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable. Avoid this service department unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and paying out of pocket for rentals while your car sits untouched.

I've Always had a Great Service Experience when I've visited Sands Chevrolet Service Department…read more I've been living in Glendale, AZ for 15 months and have had my 2023 Chevrolet Suburban in their Service Department for routine maintenance about 4 times. Each time their service performance gets Better. My Service Advisor Andrew Jajou goes Above and Beyond what many other Service Advisor's wouldn't think of doing. He's very Proactive with what services my car requires based on mileage and date. He even provides an estimate of what those services are going to cost. He's a very Personable, Friendly and Knowledgeable about the maintenance my car needs. If my car requires a certain maintenance and it's not really needed based on mileage he's very Honest and shares I should put that one procedure off until my next scheduled appointment. I overslept this morning and I called Andrew to let him know and apologize. He asked if I would like to bring it in later today? He made me feel much Better about missing my appointment by just rescheduling for a little later. Andrew greeted me in the Service Drive and then he walked with me to where his desk was. We went over again what work was going to be performed and ordered a Lyft Ride to take me home. When they completed the work on my car Andrew both called and texted me to say my Suburban was finished. He also made arrangements for Lyft to go to my house to pick me up. Last and not least when I was all paid and ready to leave Andrew walked with me to my freshly washed car. It was so nice to have a clean car because I just haven't had an opportunity to get it washed. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase experience at Surprise Ford…read more I traveled from California to purchase an approximately $80,000 SUV and was specifically assured by Juan in Finance and Camryn F. in Sales that the dealership would handle all registration requirements. I was informed that I would receive a 90-day registration permit, that all applicable taxes and registration fees would be collected as part of the transaction, and that the dealership would process the registration on my behalf. In addition, I was promised a front license plate bracket as part of the purchase. However, when I later took the vehicle to a dealership in California to have the bracket installed, I was informed that the bracket provided was an old, used Mercedes-Benz bracket and was not appropriate for my vehicle. When I contacted Surprise Ford to address both the registration issue and the license plate bracket issue, my concerns were dismissed. Rather than assisting in resolving the problems, I was effectively told that these issues were my responsibility and that the representations previously made to me had not occurred. As a business owner myself, I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand the impact they can have on a company. However, I believe prospective customers deserve to know about my experience. Based on my interactions, I found the dealership's communication to be inconsistent and the level of customer service after the sale to be unacceptable. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant investment, and customers should be able to rely on the representations made by dealership staff. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Surprise Ford. I would strongly encourage prospective buyers, particularly out-of-state customers, to obtain all promises and commitments in writing before completing a purchase.
