After that, the program becomes a monthly one to ensure no return of the pests. What I got for my "comprehensive Initial Service" was two visits (Aug 6, 10, 21) and a total of nine traps set; no moles were caught. For this, I paid $948. On September 3, after no one had been to the house in two weeks, I inquired with the company and received no answer. I called a few days later and spoke with another agent, who told me that I was due a monthly monitoring visit on September 18. So, without the problem being addressed, I was being asked to pay $89 per month to watch the moles devour my yard. When I cancelled my account on September 10, a company agent contacted me in an effort to retain my business. After promising to look into the matter with the local branch of the company, he never called back.
