On March 11th I went in to get Bio Gel nails and a pedicure when the manicure was finished I noticed there was space between the cured hard gel and another nail was missing color. When I brought it up I was dismissed. The next day the gap was getting worse so I went back first thing in the morning to get it fixed. Instead of properly fixing it they did more coats of gel instead of doing a full new coat of hard gel on the nail so all of nails expect one were hard gel. Since then the nails have been slowly lifting and cracking due to being improperly cured. I get my nails done regularly and they usually last 3 weeks because I am not rough on my hands. This was my first time getting a nail set at this establishment. My pedicure was also rushed and the gel started lifting and peeling within a week of the work. read more

I started coming here looking for a new place establish my nails care needs. I initially was fine with it until my second or third visit I came in for bio gel touch up, my nails were filed down so much they started breaking off a week after getting them done. I noticed they seemed thinner when I got home but didn't think they would start to fall apart. Went back to get the broken ones replaced but the guy that sits up front was very unfriendly and unreasonable and he said "you have to pay again, we don't work for free". I get that, but shouldn't your nails last longer than 1 week? Yes they should!! This isn't my first rodeo! Came back the following week with 2 more cracked nails, the attitude, the look on their face bc I was there again wasn't friendly at all. The girl doing my nails did not speak 1 word to me the whole time. Very disappointed, poor customer service and bad nail work. I went elsewere with my business already to get them redone, nail tech noticed how thin my nails had been filed down and agreed with be that this place did not do a good job! This nails service isn't cheap at all! They charge a lot! So at the very least give good service! Oh yes the the appointment before my last once was cancelled!! No phone call, No Text, just to take a walk in and bc I was about 5 mins late. Go somewhere else! read more

I went here for a bio gel and although I think the tech did her best she really filed my natural nails waaaaay too much. The techs need more training if they are filing natural nails this much. Unfortunately wouldn't go back. Was in the area and needed a gel pedicure, bad decision to go here. My toes hurt and toenails are damaged and bright red. I think she drilled the gel off to much and almost got through to my skin. The polish is uneven even showing through to the nail in some spots. Some toes don't even have polish on the entire nail. She cut off the corners of all of my toe nails and filed the skin off on one of them. Two of them have red lines underneath the polish. They are all killing me and will probably need to go to urgent care tomorrow to make sure there are no infections. read more
