They did a real bad job. All my nails were crooked and I asked for chrome. The product they used put bubbles in the Polish and the nails looked so bad I was ashamed to show my hands to anybody, it looked like my 2 year old grandson did my nails. I complained and she said that she would fix it. I made an appointment to be there by 12:30. When I got there she told me why didn't I call she is busy and to come back at 3pm. I live in Moorpark and I came at the time we set the appointment for. It's a 25 minute drive 1 way and I spent over $100 for crap. read more

The lady who was doing my nails, cut my cuticles and made me bleed, but also was not paying attention to the way she was setting my nails or painting them. The nails are way too thick and aren't set properly. The woman was very pushy to ask what I wanted and not giving me enough time to think about it or even review my nails while she was doing them I don't recommend going to this salon you should go to someplace that is more well-known and has great reviews. read more

This place is really nice. My sister likes to get her legs waxed here. So while I was waiting I decided to get a pedicure. They saw to me right away. It was one of the better pedicures I have had. There was even warming stones used during the calf massage. The atmosphere of the place is very bright and welcoming. The mural on the wall adds a nice touch as well. Do not go here. Very dirty. They do not clean their equipment. She pulled her tools out of the drawer without them being cleaned. They were also rusty. I got an INFECTION on my nail/cuticle due to the poor cleaning practices. The lady also tried to upsell me on my pedicure after me repeatedly saying no, no, no. I have been here a few times. 90% of the time they struggle to apply polish nicely because of the thick consistency. Last time I went there to remove gel nails (done at another place) and get gel polish instead. The lady who is their manager was doing my nails. She was ruthlessly breaking off pieces of gel from my nails, hurting me and damaging the nails. Then, she filed the remaining gel a little and walked away. She came back with a bowl of liquid and told me to put my hands in there. I thought it was weird that she would make me deep my fingers at this stage of the process. I smelled the liquid, and almost burned the inside of my nose. She dipped my hands in a bowl of ACETONE!! I questioned her, and she said, "it's okay; just hold it. The gel won't come off another way". She said we will wash it off after... ??? Not only she did not care about my safety keeping my hands in the toxic liquid, she also lied to my face that gel nails won't come off if using acetone on nails only and wrap it with foil (as it's usually done, actually). At the end, I had all this melted residue of gel or whatever came to the surface of the acetone, and it stuck all over my fingers (as if I got superglue all over my skin). I felt very disrespected and violated. Never coming back to this place! read more

I do want to be able to give this place 5 stars based on the friendliness of the staff, but I cannot. I've gone a few times, so I am familiar with the quality and can say this latest service was not a fluke. On my most recent visit, I got a gel mani and a regular pedi. My pointer on my non-dominant hand chipped with my gel mani within 3 days. I suspect it's because they don't "cap" the nails, which is standard practice with gels. And the last 2 or 3 pedis I got, chipped within a week, with this latest being no exception. Due to COVID, I have not frequented my regular salon near my office where my gel manis last up to 4 weeks and my pedis last a minimum of 4 weeks. Still searching for that little gem in Simi with reasonably priced mani/pedis that last. Back to the old drawing board..... read more

And I only came in for a polish change. Seriously, I'm expected to pay for this? The first time I came in I loved it here. The massage chairs work, they gave me a bottle of water, hot rocks on my feet and hot towels, it was wonderful. It has never been the same since. The last 3 times even with a full spa pedicure I have not gotten the same treatment. And they are slow! Prepare to spend an hour here. My first time is why they get 2 stars, not 1. But, if you have tough heels, they will take care of you (they'll even use a drill to get the dead skin off). read more

My sister does her fill here, so she brought me in and treated me to a pedicure here. Seems there is a lack of customer service here. Or maybe they just didn't like me...dunno what I did to them. The pedicure seemed rushed, even though there was nobody waiting. It seems they were too chatty with each other, didn't even really bother talking to me. But that wasn't the disturbing thing. Well it was a bit since it seems they were talking about me, jeez are my feet that bad? I know it's been months since I had a pedicure but I only do them during the warm season. Anyways, what really bothered me was I saw one of the other customer get out of the spa chair and the girl that did her toes took a towel and cover the tub portion of the chair as if the chair was ready for the next customer. I didn't see her clean the chair at all!!! I'm thinking, what the hell am I sitting in. I didn't really notice if I sat on a clean chair or dirty one. I didn't say anything, but I did tell my sister later on. I just had to grin and bare it and hoped the chair I sat in was cleaned. Yuck, yuck, I still get goose bumps thinking about it. I didn't really know their prices because my sister paid the tab, but I don't care. I am not coming back to this place. My sister may still get her fills done here, but I don't think she will get a pedicure here after what I told her. I did learn one lesson from this though, next time I get on a spa chair, I will be more observant of where I'm putting my tush and toes. read more
