This is my favorite local nail salon! I've been coming here since we moved to Simi Valley in 2022. The staff is so friendly, service is always quick, and they do an amazing job on my nails. I just moved to Simi and I've been looking for a reliable/affordable nail spa to treat myself, I gave this nail salon a try and I'm so glad I did. I got a pedicure & the lady was so gentle & caring. She took her time & catered to my needs, the prices are very fair & they offer many options I will be returning as a regular. I am super picky when it comes to my nails and this place did not disappoint. I walked in right as they opened on a Friday morning and good thing I did because I was one of only 2 walk ins that were accommodated and the other girl had to come back in a couple hours. What I'm trying to get at is they were fully booked for the day, that's how much their customers like them. I will be going back! As someone who has a nail tech license (and been practicing since 2019), I highly recommend this place. I got regular pedicure service (regular nail polish) and this service had everything we were taught as students. This includes the cuticle removal, scrub, and short massage. Pedicures are pretty much the only service I will go out and pay for since I can do my own hands. I really appreciate their practice in sanitization and cleanliness. I've tried quite a few other salons before and their setting makes me feel a little nervous. The salon is in a shared plaza, so there is plenty of parking. My service was $25. Would recommend and would come back. read more

I posted one picture (good / glittery one), this was seriously gel mani on my 10 year old. I understand if it has to do with the specific glitter color my daughter requested for, but I don't understand why the nail technician left so many gaps between the nail polish and the nail beds. Other picture is regular coloring for my 4 year old, again not sure why they left out so many spaces, just so inexcusable. Extremely disappointed, as if we were there for free service, will not be returning! read more

Weird how my usual nail tech is always busy now every time I try to schedule an appointment. They now say they will "get back to me" about the appointment time when I ask if a certain day or time is available. Before I can say it doesn't have to be that day or time, I get hung up on & never get a call back. I always tip over 20% & am never rude or disrespectful, so idk why they would turn down business unless they are racist or becoming very selective. It's ok if they don't want my business for whatever reason because the nail tech used to do a good job and the nails would stay for a while but now they fall off very quickly. read more

I came here to get an acrylic set. I haven't had my nails done in over two years so I wanted something subtle and basic but durable. I believe my artists name was Tina? Not sure. But she took care of me, and the owner helped find the perfect color for what I wanted. He look the time to get to know me and take care of me!! Total was $45 I believe? I had to find a new nail place quickly and they got me in within 10 minutes of calling them. I had my fingers crossed because it's always a hit or miss with doing a fill and a gel polish on acrylic nails I can easily say Helen nailed it! She literally did better than the place I normally go to, so this is now my new place. The quality of work and communication about what I liked and didn't like was very open, she didn't make me feel bad about telling her I didn't like some thing and she did it Beautifully! read more

This place is consistently exquisite!! They go above & beyond every time. They include callus care as part of the basic pedicure, along with an exfoliating scrub from feet to legs. Great massage & nails that look fantastic!! On top of all of this the prices are more than fair.....gel pedicure $35 Very clean as well. This is basically the best place for nails I have encountered. Every time I have gone, the service, the spa, and the people are just top notch. This is a great location with a great staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The spa pedicure is absolutely fabulous and the massage alone is worth the price of admission. Today I got my first gel manicure there, and it was also fantastic. And you can't beat the price point, either. I will say: be sure to call ahead as this place gets busy, which also speaks to the quality of the place and its employees. If you're looking for a great nail spa with affordable prices, then you can only do worse than Le Nails. Hats off to the owner and staff for being amazing! read more

Adding another review. Last one was before pandemic, this is for the current situation: Le Nails has always gone above and beyond in their cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. Everyone who gives services there is very talented, pays attention to detail and is friendly. Helen is very gentle and sweet and I love Kevin's work as well. Diane is super outgoing and great as well! It's such a good vibe at Le Nails. Along with all that, Le nails follows all the safety protocols during this pandemic. They have hand sanitizer, a sink to wash hands, plastic barrier between guest and service provider and everyone wears their mask. Being an esthetician, I always have to have my nails short. But with facials being on pause now, I decided to get and enjoy long acrylics! Kevin now does my nails and oh, what a wonderful job he did! He pays so much attention to detail and balance. I had really high hopes for this place I got a few referrals to go here so I went and I really wish I didn't! I had an event that night and I had a bunch of running around to do but it looks like they used either really bad nail polish gel or it didn't set and it didn't dry and they all smudged off by the night time! It was like they were wet like it was regular nail polish it was so gross and it got everywhere so I had to take time out of my day the next day to go back and get my nails redone and I asked her not to do any more filing and take any links and when they came to redo the nails they filed all my nails down so incredibly short that it hurts On top of that she didn't go all the way to the nail bed and this was Thursday it's now Monday and they're already peeling this is ridiculous is there not a good nail place in Simi Valley May gawd! read more

The woman doing my pedicure was "massaging" the top of my foot so aggressively that she actually left me with a visible bruise. I've never had a pedicure where a massage literally resulted in bruising. I also had a small ingrown toenail that needed to be taken care of. Instead of properly removing it, she filed it down and made it significantly worse. If you're not comfortable dealing with an ingrown, that's completely fine--but don't make the situation worse by doing something that isn't helping. Overall, the service felt rushed, careless, and painful. I paid for a relaxing pedicure and left with a bruised foot and a more irritated ingrown toenail. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

When I went in yesterday, Leo wasn't available so Mya did my nails and was very sweet, but at the conclusion told me because I didn't get color my total was only $55. I was confused as I had just paid $40 a few weeks prior. I went to the front to pay and asked the guy at the front desk (who is always pushy and not the most welcoming) why I was being charged different prices in which he responded it's $62 always for bio gel with or without color. So now, no one is on the same page and I've been told 3 different prices. Annoyed is an understatement. On top of this, the workers sit in the booths while they have no clients with their shoes off and dirty feet propped up on the benches which is not only gross, but super unprofessional. It's a shame the place is tan this way, it's a huge turnoff. Especially being treated like you're in the wrong when none of them are on the same page. I looked at the reviews and I feel better knowing it wasn't only me that saw the issues here. Won't be going back anymore.

I haven't been to a nail salon in 3-4 years so I was very nervous. She prepped my nails beautifully and kept confirming that I liked what she was doing. I am so impressed with these nails and this salon. I had a nice woman paint my toes and she did a great job as well, took extra care while prepping my feet and told me I could be ticklish and not to worry she would still take care of the job. A regular gel mani is $37, reasonable. it's $42 for french, again reasonable. $5 MORE for the french tip. I got the basic pedicure on my toes for $29, on the menu it says it's $7 for gel. okay so that would be $36. It's safe to assume that it would be only $5 extra for gel since for a manicure it's only $5 extra. That would make my total $41. She charged me $13 extra for french on my toes. Most random number and her excuse was, "everywhere else it's $30 additional". Definitely not true. $91 for the worst gel french mani and pedi i've ever had. Again, it was also the least relaxing experience because they couldn't even get the basic design right. I will only be going to Nancy at Elegant Nails from now on. She does french perfect and doesn't up charge. Again, I wouldn't be upset with the price being $13 extra for french tip if they were good quality. There's streaks in the pink from it being rushed and there's streaks of white as well.

Julie did my pedicure, honestly she was very quick, not very meticulous, and the massage was weak. Their prices are more than double of my usual place, so not sure Id be coming back anytime soon. They do serve mimosa's or other beverages if you like. They were very busy at 10AM. Workers all seem very friendly. Right next to the dry cleaners in Ralph's shopping center.

Leo is great and has been doing my nails for quite some time. I recently got my acrylics taken off and get just a single layer of bio gel on my natural nails with no color or manicure. When I went in a few weeks ago, I was charged $40 because what I get is very basic. When I went in yesterday, Leo wasn't available so Mya did my nails and was very sweet, but at the conclusion told me because I didn't get color my total was only $55. I was confused as I had just paid $40 a few weeks prior. I went to the front to pay and asked the guy at the front desk (who is always pushy and not the most welcoming) why I was being charged different prices in which he responded it's $62 always for bio gel with or without color. So now, no one is on the same page and I've been told 3 different prices. Annoyed is an understatement. On top of this, the workers sit in the booths while they have no clients with their shoes off and dirty feet propped up on the benches which is not only gross, but super unprofessional. It's a shame the place is tan this way, it's a huge turnoff. Especially being treated like you're in the wrong when none of them are on the same page. I looked at the reviews and I feel better knowing it wasn't only me that saw the issues here. Won't be going back anymore.

Requested recommendations for a new nail salon as the last two nail ladies I liked from two different nail salons left. I have sensitive thin cuticles and hate it when other nail ladies are not careful with the drill and cut up my fingers (I have acrylic nails). I decided to give Le Nails a try as there were many recommendations for Lam and Diane. First of all, the nail salon is CLEAN and has nice decor. I own a local house cleaning company in Simi Valley so going to a salon that is obviously dirty when you walk in the door is gross to me. So, the salon itself is nice! The music the owner Lam had playing is great! Blues, Santana, Eric Clapton.... I love it. Then I met my new nail lady, Diane. I say NEW nail lady because she just gained a new client in me!! Diane is GREAT! She did an awesome job on my finger nails! She did just what I asked for and was super gentle and funny as heck! (Great personality!). Everyone who works in the salon is nice and friendly. I love my ombré nails with the coffin shape! Thank you Diane for the awesome job you did and THANK YOU for being gentle with my cuticles. My name is kacy Lane. I'm a pornstar with a big name here in the valley. I get my nails and toes done faithfully every week including eyebrows my neighbor said this was the best place in Simi Valley to go so I was going to start coming faithfully every week including two other people I have. But this morning when I tried to make an appointment for 3 fills 3 pedicures and three eyebrow waxing the lady got an attitude and said no we can't do it today you didn't make an appointment when I was obviously trying to make an appointment she said no not today nobody's working tell me how nobody's working on a Monday morning 3 fills 3 pedicures and three eyebrow waxing. This is absolutely the worst place in Simi Valley to go customer service wise. They are rude on the phone and they obviously don't want your money I would not go hear ever again and theres pretty damn lucky I didn't cuss the lady slap the f*** out. read more
