With Gel X you can't use too much glue or it creates space for water and dirt to get in and makes the nails pop off easily. Leo is great and has been doing my nails for quite some time. I recently got my acrylics taken off and get just a single layer of bio gel on my natural nails with no color or manicure. When I went in a few weeks ago, I was charged $40 because what I get is very basic. When I went in yesterday, Leo wasn't available so Mya did my nails and was very sweet, but at the conclusion told me because I didn't get color my total was only $55. I was confused as I had just paid $40 a few weeks prior. I went to the front to pay and asked the guy at the front desk (who is always pushy and not the most welcoming) why I was being charged different prices in which he responded it's $62 always for bio gel with or without color. So now, no one is on the same page and I've been told 3 different prices. Annoyed is an understatement. On top of this, the workers sit in the booths while they have no clients with their shoes off and dirty feet propped up on the benches which is not only gross, but super unprofessional. It's a shame the place is tan this way, it's a huge turnoff. Especially being treated like you're in the wrong when none of them are on the same page. I looked at the reviews and I feel better knowing it wasn't only me that saw the issues here. Won't be going back anymore.

I haven't been to a nail salon in 3-4 years so I was very nervous. She prepped my nails beautifully and kept confirming that I liked what she was doing. I am so impressed with these nails and this salon. I had a nice woman paint my toes and she did a great job as well, took extra care while prepping my feet and told me I could be ticklish and not to worry she would still take care of the job.
