As I don't have a specific person that I liked to work with, I have had the experience of working with multiple staff members and have always been pleased with my experience. And the staff members are not offended when you ask them to modify or do touch ups. I appreciate that they are willing to help me find the perfect color. And when I come in with a picture, they are willing to find the color that matches my interest, rather than just sending me to a wall to find my color choice--which is impossible to find in a sea of colors. As I never make reservations in advance, I have been fortunate to never wait when I walk in. The salon does take reservations, and you can request a specific person. Note for tips, you cannot put them on your credit card. You need to bring cash for tips. As for parking, plenty of parking around the shop. Given the gym is nearby the parking lot can get busy so you may need to walk a bit further.

It's safe to assume that it would be only $5 extra for gel since for a manicure it's only $5 extra. That would make my total $41. She charged me $13 extra for french on my toes. Most random number and her excuse was, "everywhere else it's $30 additional". Definitely not true. $91 for the worst gel french mani and pedi i've ever had. Again, it was also the least relaxing experience because they couldn't even get the basic design right. I will only be going to Nancy at Elegant Nails from now on. She does french perfect and doesn't up charge. Again, I wouldn't be upset with the price being $13 extra for french tip if they were good quality. There's streaks in the pink from it being rushed and there's streaks of white as well.

I went to the front to pay and asked the guy at the front desk (who is always pushy and not the most welcoming) why I was being charged different prices in which he responded it's $62 always for bio gel with or without color. So now, no one is on the same page and I've been told 3 different prices. Annoyed is an understatement. On top of this, the workers sit in the booths while they have no clients with their shoes off and dirty feet propped up on the benches which is not only gross, but super unprofessional. It's a shame the place is tan this way, it's a huge turnoff. Especially being treated like you're in the wrong when none of them are on the same page. I looked at the reviews and I feel better knowing it wasn't only me that saw the issues here. Won't be going back anymore.

From what I observed, tools were stored in drawers and then reused with what appeared to be minimal cleaning, like a quick spray of alcohol instead of proper disinfection between clients. I did not feel that proper hygiene or sterilization standards were being followed at this salon. Based on my experience, I would not return, and I strongly recommend being cautious and asking how tools are sanitized before booking here. Overall, the cleanliness also appeared poor, which added to my concerns.
