I went to pick up my dress about 3 times thinking it was ready to go. Turns out it wasn't ready, and I wasn't even given a call to save myself the drive. The glitter layer that was added had an uneven trim that would show if I turned a certain way. The women were really nice. Great personalities, but the actual service itself was OK. I have had multiple pairs of jeans, just like the ones that I took in, hemmed with original hems with absolutely no problems whatsoever. A hem is a pretty basic thing for a seamstress, even if it involves putting back on an original hem. I would have much rather she told me that she just didn't want to do it, or didn't have the time, than to insult my intelligence by telling me all the reasons it couldn't be done. Dry Cleaning Butler might want to explore hiring a new seamstress.

One time I took new clothes I recently had purchased from a department store because there was a slight mildew odor. I did not notice the odor when I purchased them, only after I arrived home and removed the tags. The dry cleaner deodorize the clothes so there was no smell at all. I was so happy and amazed it got the odor out without ruining the clothes. I have also had my clothing altered with very good results. I will continue to use this dry cleaner, I have trust in them and the quality of the workmanship is very good. Nice people work there too, which means a lot to me.

None were pressed and obviously steamed. Just under 100.00 for the lot. I won't be going back. Each of the shirts were 80.00 to 100.00 dollars. Tide used to do a good job on their pressing. It's a shame. I'll get out the iron and press in lieu of packing for another trip.
