During my visit, I observed a manager speak to an employee in a manner that was openly demeaning,…read morebelittling, and entirely inappropriate done in full view of customers. The tone and content of the interaction were unprofessional and unnecessary, and it created an uncomfortable environment not only for the employee, but for everyone present. Regardless of internal performance issues or operational pressures, there is no justification for humiliating an employee publicly. If coaching or correction is required, it should be handled privately and with basic professional respect. What I witnessed reflected poorly on your leadership standards and on your brand as a whole. As a customer, I found the situation disturbing enough that it materially affected my perception of your organization. No company that values its people or its reputation should tolerate this kind of behavior from anyone in a management role. and if that wasn't bad enough, I witnessed the same manager, just moments later speak to a customer walking in to place it to go order in such a condescending tone that if I was that person I would've left.? and that's actually what I did as I sat at the bar. I only had time to order a drink before I witnessed this situation so I asked to pay for my drink and I left there is no chance I would ever give this establishment my business.
