They do such an incredibly thorough inspection of every item - catching defects that most people wouldn't see so that we can handle replacements and repairs before items arrive at our clients house. Great experience! I had a very expensive cabinet coming from LA, and I live in Presidio area of San Diego where I was concerned a large truck could even make it down my street (and out again), but they offered to transfer it to a pick-up as to avoid any potential issues (at no extra charge).
