Imran and his team are amazing. They are a hardworking, reliable, communicative, helpful, and informative mom and pop shop. I always had very pleasant experiences with them. I didn't know much about paper sizes, thickness, gloss, etc etc. So when I needed to print something with them they were always patient with me and explained what kind would be the best for what I needed. When my company was a few blocks away from them, I would place an order with them almost monthly for a year or two. I would recommend them to anyone! Ever since I've moved companies, I have not found a vendor as personable and helpful as them. I've printed spiral bounded notebooks, laminated flashcards with rounded edges, posters, foam posters, flyers, literally everything with them. ‼Horrible service. ‼Over promised and under delivered. Ruined a shirt when doing embroidery and the best they can do is sorry shit happens! I took my order in on Monday and it was due on Thursday. They did not even start working on my order until 5:30pm! When asked, apparently they wanted to prioritize return customers instead of providing less than adequate service. Above all else the amount they charge in comparison to the quality of work they provide is completely unreasonable. The placement of the font is not as it was agreed upon. It was supposed to be centered on the pocket. And it needed to be closer to the pocket opening, not so far up on the chest. The shirt that was ruined will cost me $19 and my reputation as a business owner. Take your order and money else. read more

Wow, this is my go to copy and printing place. They're fast, personal and reasonable. You go to somewhere like fedex office and they can never get something done when you need it, you always wait for anyone to even see you, and they're expensive. I got tired of it, which is why I always come here -- whether it's for business or personal stuff -- whether it's to print something on glossy paper or to bind a book. So I've known about this place for a few years, but I've never actually gotten anything printed before. And I have no idea what I've been missing! After going through the stress of getting quotes and trying to work with three different printers in LA, I suddenly remembered hearing about Superfast from a former teacher I had so running out of time I decided to give them a try. I worked with Harry, who listened to what I wanted and step by step, described how each requirement would be possible or even warned me of any potential danger that would come with a couple of my requirements (specifically, I needed full-bleed for this zine, and Harry warned me, in a kind way, that that might cut off my text, so we decided that it would be best if SF just reduced the zine's size). I really liked how frank and transparent he was through the consultation. He promised that the booklets would be done by the next day (today) before closing. At first, I just needed the prints but Harry also told me that they offer binding too, so I said, why not?! When all was said and done, the price was $100 less than what other places had quoted me, just to print these pages! I was so relieved!! So today came, and being a tad nervous, I decided to call SF around 2pm and Harry actually picked up and when I described my project, he immediately remembered and told me that they were ready! I tried to explain my project to the gentleman to get a quote for services, he then talks around my question, telling me what he can do but not giving me a quote for the service. I then asked him several times if I should send him the logo I need printed and what the next steps are and he proceeds to ignore me and scroll on Pinterest. Unbelievable lack of professionalism. If you are using any other outlet for your printing needs, then you are making a mistake! I have been casually going to Superfast for about 6 months doing small printing jobs (100 flyers here, 100 flyers there). Imran and his team have always been very friendly, hard working, and fast. I'm a realtor and needed about 25 open house signs made. I priced out what I needed, including stands, riders, and flags, with a much larger competitor who already warehouses and installs my signs. Not only did Imran beat their price, but he got me a fully constructed and printed sample before I even got a proof from the other company. He finished the job in days, was more than flexible, and had a smile on his face the whole time (which is really saying something because this was days after a car drove through the front window of his other location). If all of that wasn't enough: I chose black frames for the signs. The poles for the flags only came in white. What did Imran do? He took it upon himself to spray paint each pole himself - no charge, no argument. Seriously, these guys are the best. read more

all I had to do was buy a textbook. I went in person to pick it up and the man there told me that he couldn't give it to me because I hadn't paid for it, even though the website said I can pay in person. So then I proceeded to go home and pay for it via credit card. Once I placed my order I got an alert from my banking app saying they charged me twice. I called Superfast and spoke with Imran, who then yelled at me over the phone telling me that I was in the wrong and I placed 2 orders when I know I only placed one. Then said to stop accusing him. I called to get a book marker laminated and I was quoted a price. I showed to get the book market laminated. I was told that I would need to leave it because they only laminate big jobs. If they have certain requirements, they should explain their policies over the phone instead of waiting for a customer to arrive to their store. read more

Fast, quick, reasonable. I went here to get some booklets made. Walking in, nothing that impressive. It's your average independent copy place. I dropped off my work, told them what I needed, they quoted me a great price so I left. The truly amazing thing that I appreciated the most was when they contacted me to tell me that I had a mistake on one of the pages I gave them. Now I've done copies at many places in my time, and I can't think of a copy center calling me to tell me that their was a mistake. Usually you get th be work back and they will say something along the lines of, "that is what you have us." Once they found the mistake, they called me and told me. I asked if I had to come back in or could I email the corrected document? Email away! With the stress of a wedding, and this being something for the wedding, I was very happy with th e level of detail they showed me, a first time customer. I live around the corner from this location & go on the occasion to use the printers. Maybe about a month ago, I was there to print out a few pre-paid shipping labels just as the shutdown to the Corona-Virus was beginning. I was impressed with how they were limiting the number of people in the shop, had personnel present at the door to monitor, had everything marked 6 feet apart, etc really before most places were doing so. I have run several corporate retail stores over the past 10 years & always take note and appreciate these things. Yesterday, 4/13/20, well into the shutdown, I again swung through to print out a label. Now, I want to pre-face this, I am in my mid 30's, healthy, and have been doing my duty of social distancing, but I'm also not one of those people who is crazy monitoring the news or holing up inside my house. In fact, I wasn't super gung-ho on making it mandatory that everyone entering any type of essential business in LA has to wear a mask now either as of last Friday the 14th(it gives me anxiety), but I'm doing it since we have to. However, during the 30 minutes, I spent in line yesterday waiting to get in to the Fed Ex, I noticed that they let not 1, not 2, but 3 people go into their location without having ANYTHING covering their faces once they were physically inside the building. To make matters worse, there were two different employees at the door during those 30 minutes and NEITHER of them said anything to them about entering a business without a face covering. I REALLY wanted to say something because this is several days after it went into effect, but didn't. Management, for all that you are doing to limit people's contact in the store, it's all for nothing if you are allowing people to come in without their face being covered now that it is mandatory. read more

Yep! Super Fast...had a change of address shortly after moving and they created a very nice label to 'paste' over my existing business cards. Normally I would not do this, but they were very expensive with several different gown designs on twelve different cards and I had 2,000. I am an architect and needed a set of plans printed. I came to this place because it is close by. They promised me that it will be ready before 5:00pm. I got there at around 5:10pm and it is still not ready. He said give him 10 mins and after 30 mins, the plans is still not there. As a result , I was late with my client's meeting.
