I worked two 12 hour shifts and was unable to go to the salon to get it fixed until my day off today. I just called the business to request a refund or restyle and the owner picked up the phone and immediately started yelling and cursing at me through the phone when I told her my hair started flaking. I tried to explain to her the products she used caused my hair to flake and she told me I am a liar and that other customers love their products and treated me like I am a scammer for trying to resolve the issue three days later. For the owner to be acting like this shows what type of business this is. They will never be getting my money again. Do Not go here if you don't want to be disrespected when something doesn't go their way. They don't care about hair they care about money and selling you their products/services. Now I have to fix my own hair or go to another salon. Also after we got off the phone I have received 6 missed called of harassment back to back from this business. Please beware!

I came in for a tapein install and asked her to put 120 pieces of tapes in my hair. I really wanted all the pieces in to make my hair was full because it was really short. She was able to fit in all 120 pieces, and she also suggested an add on service to help the short pieces of my hair to blend. She's highly skilled, fast, and overall makes you feel very comfortable. I originally found this place by just coming for a regular wash & set by one of the other girls. I've tried other places in the area, but I got the best wash & set here. Once I came in, I saw that they sold extensions, and I saw other clients getting maintenance with their tape in. I immediately asked for their Instagram, and saw that the owner did tape in installs and booked the appointment and here I am today. Even though I brought my own hair, I can tell by the extensions she had on display that it was quality hair, so she meant business! The salon is also very cute, if you would like to make content, she also has a ring light. For all my content creators that's important lol.
