In many areas, the club shines - its strength and conditioning equipment, instructors, and health programming are unmatched and, most importantly, I've met great people. As good as the club is, and no doubt, great things are happening there, it's really expensive - and the last several months I have constantly been questioning if I should be paying what I do. I mentioned in my first review in July I felt the club was slipping. No question I have, and deserve to have, the highest expectations for this place but that comes from them. They promise us an "athletic country club" experience and charge for it - so I expect them to deliver. Over the last year, this club has been dealing with a serious member trend related to its big ticket item - the men's rejuvenation suite in the locker room, consisting of a hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, and wet sauna. Quite often, it's a wreck - as are other sections of the locker room. Wet towels and trash crumpled on the floor and in seating areas and in corners around this section of the club. There's sludge on sections of the floor at night after the big rush. Many of the men members of this club are acting like slobs - and Life Time isn't keeping up. I feel like the maintenance crew tries hard, but I've also seen them blow past the suite without even sticking their head in for a status check - as if they have other priorities than one of their biggest competitive advantages when it comes to amenities. I really feel like Life Time without this is mostly a four- or five-star facility - but this issue knocks it down several pegs. It's exhausting.

We've been working with Amber for almost six months now, and we've seen impressive changes in muscle mass growth and fat reduction, that we have nothing but praises for her style. My partner has lost over 50 pounds in said time, and I have increased my endurance and muscle mass in my triathlon training. Amber is constantly pushing us to challenge ourselves and finding ways to adapt to the very different training needs we both need, and she's fantastic whether it is solo or couple's training. He is exceedingly attentive to my goals and works with me on my terms to get stronger and more active. He tailors his workouts to the client and mixes things up every session so it never gets boring. I lead a pretty sedentary life and am not big into working out so I'm just looking to be more healthy but I've seen him successfully train clients with much higher goals than that. When COVID hit, he and I started working out over FaceTime. It was just as effective to work out from the safety of my own home as it was working out in his gym. This location is new and just like all the rest of them super clean nice restrooms plenty of TVs that all work Hydro massage massage chairs at plenty. It's a very big Planet Fitness. Super cool bonus I've only seen it. A couple of planet fitness is is the free weights for bench and squat. They have racks in a separate area, which is awesome. The staff was super friendly happy that everyone is there thank them for coming in. Everyone was in uniform so you knew who worked there if you needed help with anything. The showers have mildew and I've literally taken pictures of roaches in the locker room. They employ under age staff who blame you for being stolen from. It's clear they have no sense of customer service nor cleanliness. I will be adding pictures of roaches and mildew. They also like to report your reviews instead of handling the issue. But, I don't expect people who disregard company policy to have any integrity or shame.
