I lead a pretty sedentary life and am not big into working out so I'm just looking to be more healthy but I've seen him successfully train clients with much higher goals than that. When COVID hit, he and I started working out over FaceTime. It was just as effective to work out from the safety of my own home as it was working out in his gym. The facility has been updated very nicely with all new equipment, a dedicated personal training area, racquetball courts, spin classes, and a new Pilates section. The new lockers and great sauna refresh were also a great improvement. My only real disappointment is that I wish more attention had been given to the men's locker room during the remodel process. On my visit today, there were two broken showers, a lot of mildew in much of the tile grout and on the shower curtains, two toilet stalls out of order, and the hot tub was not functioning. I genuinely appreciate the investment made into the club, and overall the remodel was a big improvement. I just hope cleanliness and maintenance continue to be a focus moving forward, especially with so many fitness options now available in the Las Colinas area.

This location is new and just like all the rest of them super clean nice restrooms plenty of TVs that all work Hydro massage massage chairs at plenty. It's a very big Planet Fitness. Super cool bonus I've only seen it. A couple of planet fitness is is the free weights for bench and squat. They have racks in a separate area, which is awesome. It's clear they have no sense of customer service nor cleanliness. I will be adding pictures of roaches and mildew. They also like to report your reviews instead of handling the issue. I took the 5:30 A.M. class this morning before my run and boy am I glad that I did!! I got a total body strength training workout and I'm already feeling the soreness as I type. If you are looking for a true community of fitness minded individuals this is IT. Plus, there are all sorts of running trails in the area (for my running peeps) so you could make it a double dose. But you can tell the instructors really care about the community here and are genuine and that is something that is so crucial when choosing a fitness program. I even met the owner Jesse who was so friendly and hands on! I would love to and plan on returning to this gym simply because of the incredible warm welcome. I called and asked "is free really free? Like $0" and told i need to speak to a coach. First red flag. Why not answer a simple question? I sign up for a coach to call. The coach texts and refuses to answer question until we meet. We play phone tag and I get another coach. Phone consultation and at end of call they want me to Come in. I say "I've seen ur negative reviews online. I need to know if free or not." She had ignored the question several before and that's when she tells me it "CAN BE" free. Whoa! Then why the false advertising I ask? O- I heard we had a wrong flyer out there with an error. "I have nothing to do wuth advertising. I just answer the phone." She proceeds to lecture me on the fact that I must not be ready for transformation if I don't want to pay. Just horrible!! The other coach that we had been playing phone tag with me also texts me some elaborate story on why they lie on their advertising. Sickening!
