He gave me a quote which I found very reasonable for this area; however my property manager would not pay for this service, and we cannot afford it on our own. Not only was Billy above professional, but also a very authentic caring human being which is a rarity in today's world. sorry for the delay. life gets in the way. like i said…read morebefore we believe in customer loyalty. frank responded to our concerns by informing us of what was going on i the office. we felt in good hands as he guided us through options for a new heat pump system. old hvac was 15+ yrs. explained we could upgrade n not change ducting. 2024 tricky at first was a very humid summer but system did its job they adjusted fan speed to get rid of humidity. winter system overheated at first but balanced itself. winter 2025 system worked fine down to 29*f. since they fixed app to show outside temp learned how to get the most out of system. when temp and dew point are near freezing if humidity is above 70*. system will defrost more often. so use home heating. thanks for help frank

They did come back and fix it- I've been trying to get them to return my calls to explain the warranty which they said they would give me - I also thought I would use them for maintenance but since they have not returned any calls I worry that if I had an emergency they would return my calls. If you want a company that will return calls then do not use them. I would give them a negative rating, too, if I could.

Ivan got caught trying to scam me for a new $9000 unit when all it was, was two red wires crossed behind thermostat. Scum. Do not recommend. Long story... Everyone on here giving Ivan a good review is either coming from a fake account or still don't realize he ripped you off bc you haven't asked another company for a second opinion. I used this guy for 4 years and always had a shady feeling about him but my wife liked him. Every time he came to my house it was NEVER a small fix. Always ended up needing something and having to pay 1000+. We even had to get a new compressor last year. Supposedly. This year my ac wasn't turning on at all but luckily my neighbor was redoing his house so after Ivan came over and told us we needed a whole new unit in the attic for 7-9000$ bc the control board was bad, I had the neighbor guy walk over and check it. He went to the attic for 6 minutes, walked back down the ladder, went to the bedroom, opened the thermostat and swapped the two red wires and boom. It started running. Cold Air coming out of a vent right above my head. I called my wife and told her and it hit her. She said oh yeaaaahhhh!!... I swapped the wires in the winter when the heat wasn't coming on! So I called the office and the lady was very nice and understanding telling me that's not right what he did and you should get your money back. She even said I'll have him call you to see if he can explain. I said fine. She was very nice she calmed me down and didn't argue with me at all. She agreed with me the whole way. Ivan called me ten minutes later... I let him talk bc the lady at the front didn't tell him exactly why I called so he didn't have time to think of a story. He talked for 3 minutes straight about how the control board was bad. Unreal. I told him the neighbors guy came over opened the thermostat and crossed rented wires back and it came on immediately. How do I explain that Ivan? He Never apologized never offered any money back he even tried to to argue with me that if he got us a $9000 unit that it would work even tho the wires would've still been crossed!!! He argued with me the entire phone call his ego couldn't let it go. I said Ivan the wires were crossed in the thermostat!! That was the problem not the control board!! HE STILL ARGUED WITH ME saying it was still the control board! He charged us $400 and the guy never even opened the thermostat!!! You could literally see the two red wires looked like an X anybody that knows anything about A/C would've figured it out! Now every time he came to my house in the last 4 years I think he scammed me but I don't have proof. This is the only time I have 1000% proof. It's like a scam show where they cross two wires and see what the company says and then some lady comes around the corner with a microphone saying you're on nbcnews why are you trying to scam us. This happened by accident and he fell for it. Only getting two stars bc the lady at the office was super cool and understanding. I don't even think she likes him. Ivan is Absolute Scum. This is fact. I gave him an $8000 deposit which he asked for 10,000. He came back with the piece we needed and he wanted me to give him the balance that I owed him before he walked into the store to finish the job.
