No reports of any kind were submitted as a proof they did any service/inspection/tune up. Called to speak with the Service Manager, was promised to get a call back. Emailed, called again - no answer. Taking them to small claims court to get my money back. PS Hired another company (Royal Comfort) which confirmed there is no leak in the coil, willing to file warranty claims if necessary and submitted a very well documented report about the condition of the units.

They blamed it on the technician's cellphone app. I was refunded $765.50 that same day. Of course I don't know what the real story was - did they try to take advantage of me or was it an honest mistake? If you're going to deal with them, I'd advise you comparison shop and be VERY clear what the charges are going to be before the work is done.
