When removing the old gell coat, he dremmeled a burn hole all the way through my nail into the under tissue leaving a black PAINFUL hole. He said hed fix it but just painted over it and filled it in (no gel polish this time, just regular). Over the next week, it became very painful. Looked pretty but got worse and worse. Couldnt wear closed toed shoes. Removed the polish to find a horrible mess and vertical right half of my toenail came off with the polish. At least it quit hurting. Been waiting months for it to grow back out. Horrible experience with that guy. He does NOT need to be in the nail technician business.

For individuals with anxiety coming outside is already tough so when I want a day to relax from busy a busy working woman and mom I don't expect to be treat badly.
