The girls in there are great. Skillful and professional. The guy that did me was horrible. When trimming my cuticle at edge of toenail, he just grabbed a little part and RIPPED it suddenly off. I about came out of my chair in pain. He just mumbled sorry. When removing the old gell coat, he dremmeled a burn hole all the way through my nail into the under tissue leaving a black PAINFUL hole. He said hed fix it but just painted over it and filled it in (no gel polish this time, just regular). Over the next week, it became very painful. Looked pretty but got worse and worse. Couldnt wear closed toed shoes. Removed the polish to find a horrible mess and vertical right half of my toenail came off with the polish. At least it quit hurting. Been waiting months for it to grow back out. Horrible experience with that guy. He does NOT need to be in the nail technician business. read more

I had scheduled 2 weeks prior for 8:30. The day of they changed it to 11:00 without calling or texting first. When I got there I signed in before they told me that I needed to come back at 1:00. I showed lily the reference photo and she absolutely ruined my nails. They were chunky, bumpy, and nothing like the reference photo. It took lily over 2 hours to do my nail because she kept getting up to do other things like answer the phone or talk to other customers. I cried in my car before I went back in. Daniel 'fixed' them and it looks better than what lily did, but the sides are so messy and ugly. Definitely not worth 80$. These were for prom and it was my first time getting nails done, I wouldn't waste my time or money here again. Not to mention my left and right hand nail lengths are completely uneven. read more

So I've been coming here for a really long time and never had an experience like I did tonight. Everything was going fine until I pointed out the brush he was usimg for acrylic was leaving black spots on my nail. Then my nail was crooked. Then fast forward a bit and he's putting polish on, I put my hand in the uv light and when it comes out it's extremely sticky so little pieces of fuzz/hair started sticking to my nails. I pointed it out and he tried to act like he couldn't see it and the so another guy comes over and tells me it's bc he's not done. So the hairs supposed to stay til after the top coat?? Like make it make sense. But never in my 20 years of getting my nails done have I ever had sticky nails STRAIGHT OUT OF THE UV LIGHT! This new guy was rude and told me they weren't gonna fix it bc it was too late and they wanted to leave. He told me to go somewhere else to get it fixed! I was not rude AT ALL and it was just one thing after another and I'm the bad guy for pointing out YOUR MESS UP. And then they still tried to charge me 45 bucks!? Gtfo. So needless to say my nails are not cute and a couple of them have hairs in them. I have come to this exact place for forever and NEVER had sticky hairy nails! They gaslit me trying to make me think I'm the crazy one when there's HAIR IN MY POLISH LIKE WTF? The guy kept saying he didn't see it but I stg it's still there! There's a couple younger girls that work there that are way more understanding and nice but the rest of them suck and are rude and talk shit about you. read more

Hit or miss. Sometimes you get a great manicure, sometimes you get a painful manicure, sometimes just average. They're not good at observing appointments. I don't know if it's the Covid protocols, staff shortage, or what, but they don't honor a pre-set appointment. Also during a pedicure the water was too hot and I was told to just wait. They started the service without my feet soaking first so it was a rough start. They said since I had "so many colors" to put them in the cup holder of my seat so I took my phone out of it...they said so it doesn't fall. But the seat had a solid side table attached. I wanted an ombré of colors on my toes (each toe a different color) about made a few comments about "so many colors" and then proceeded to do the order without checking with me first. SNS application is pretty puffy and I didn't realize cuticles are a separate service and not included in mani or pedi, so my nails are done but my cuticles are still janky. I don't get my nails done often so this was disappointing. Maybe they could do the SNS a little less thick if you ask. I like a gel look, but I can't do gel because I pick them off within a few days. These look more like acrylic...not at all my thing. The place is nice though and maybe now that I know what I want I can just ask. My pedicure was nice and long and looks good besides the cuticle part, so I would definitely come back for that portion! read more

They pick and choose who nails they want to do and rush on your nails so they can get to there favorites. Then you call and make an appointment over the phone they act like they don't have any openings but you do a walk in and they'll accept your walk in with no problem. If you ask for marble nails or design they act clueless but you just seen them do the person before you with designs. Just unprofessional read more

When I get acrylics done at other places, I'm never as happy with the service OR the quality of work as I am when I go to Parisanne. PLUS they're open on Sundays, and most places aren't! I tried to go to this salon on a Sunday and I used the maps app to get me there. When I arrived it was basically an abandoned building with one attorney's office in it. So I then tried calling twice to verify that it was the correct address and nobody bothered to answer the phone. I was referred here by a friend who uses them weekly. She said since day 1 she always pays 10 for eyebrow wax. I went in to get my eyebrows done and had to wait about 15 minutes when they were not very busy. Then they charged me 18! That is a ridiculous amount for eyebrow waxing.
