Ridiculously expensive, and they do a lousy job. I have never paid $27 for a car wash in my life, but I happened to be near this place, and that is the lowest price they offer for any of their washes. The price alone is ridiculous, but I was already in line with cars behind me by the time I saw the price board, so I was screwed at that point. My car's exterior was still dirty (especially the front bumper and front grill) even after the wash, scrub and hand wipe down. I had to get the guys to come back and clean it up after they already told me my car was ready. The interior wasn't much better. I asked them to vacuum between the seats and the console, and they missed it. They also didn't wipe down the door wells or drink wells very thoroughly. Basically, this place is a horrible value for your money. I think pretty much any other car wash would do at least as good a job, and probably for about half the price. read more

I use to like this car wash, fast wasn't too expensive. Idk what happened but they went up on price.. a basic car wash is $30 they do a half job, always have to go behind them and tell them to vacuum or wipe something. They don't clean your floor mats. Paid for ultimate car wash $46. Mats, vacuum included. A lot of spots missed, especially exterior plastic. Rubber mats just got wet, didn't brush. Didn't vacuum seats at all (crumbles of cookie on back seats). Total: quality like "touch less car wash". Not worth $46. If you need it right-do it yourself. Needed to get a car wash before selling a vehicle. I really wanted to like this place. I really wanted to bring my primary car back the next day and get an ultimate wash, but I couldn't do it because there were things that just weren't cleaned in the car, with dirt remaining on the side panels and crumbs remaining inside the side door pockets. The heavy-duty vacuums should have easily pulled it out. I'm comparing this car wash to another one that I go to in Virginia where all of this stuff is done and they make sure the dirt is gone before you pull out. Probably wouldn't return as there are other better car washes out there, but in a pinch and for what I needed it did enough to sell the car. read more

My rear view camera was knocked loose after coming to this car wash. I've had my car since 2023 and never had any issues with my rear view camera before. The camera is now loose and out of position and I called to inform them of what happened and they told me there's nothing they can do. read more

Nothing special here!! The person that appears to be the owner/operator only makes sure the high end cars are "done right". The "average" vehicle is just pushed through the assembly line. I actually had to tell him to wash the right side of the vehicle?!?! Needless to say, I will NOT return. I don't drive a Benz or a Vette, but my $40+ spends the same, and this was the first and last of my money this place will ever get. I enjoyed coming to this car wash. It's pretty simple: you pull in from Reisterstown road, services to choose from are listed on the right hand side, you inform the attendant of what you want done and off you go into the wash. I've never done this type of car wash before while your car is left in neutral as multiple people power wash then hand wash it. Mind you, you remain in the car during all of this. Kind of freaked me out lol. After wash, the car goes through the dryer and depending on which service you chose, your car then gets vacuumed and any remaining water is wiped up. The cashier is in a little hut which requires you to get out of your car and walk across the busy car wash. Overall, my car and I are happy and will return. read more

You can drive thru a Gas Station car wash and have it done better. I paid $30 and I tipped before I saw my car was half washed and cleaned. I spoke to the manager and got a bunch of excuses. I returned within 30 minutes after running an errand and spoke to the manager. I got a bunch of excuses again . Even when I pointed out more dirt they missed. I would never recommend coming to this place. it's two times in a row now that I've got my vehicle washed and the inside was barely touched. Not to mention today I paid for the ultimate package which was 41.99 and never received the wax on my car. They also forgot to wash the rubber mat to my car which I paid for and I had to remind them that they hadn't washed them. Please pay attention to everything on your package to make sure that you got everything you were supposed to get. There was a lady before me arguing about her car wasn't a shiny and she noticed that she didn't get wax on her car. this place is definitely not the same and I would say spend your money somewhere else that does a better job read more

If I could leave a zero star review I most definitely would! Please do not waste you time or money at this establishment! The cashiers are extremely rude and the management lacks responsibility for the terrible job they do! This was a last resort option for me when I wanted to get a quick wash. After paying $40 for the wash and inspecting my car it was not clean. I do not keep a messy car, just minor dirt for normal in and out tracking things in the car from the ground. The outside was the main concern but even that was average at best. My tires were not clean, car was not dried properly and they didn't even remove my mats to properly vacuum my vehicle! I called and spoke with a manager that told me to bring my car back at my convenience and it would be redone. He took down my information. This was because they refused to issue a refund of any kind! When I arrived I was told there was no manger and the cashier man laughed and said "well come back tomorrow." After speaking to the lady cashier, she was not much more helpful, however she instructed them to re clean my car once she saw I was stern on not leaving. One of the workers there insisted I leave a review to help warn others not to get their car washed here also he mentioned they don't even have proper materials to clean you vehicle, tires ect. I brought in a 2007 Honda that had not been washed in at least two years and it looked very bad. After the team at B-More cleaned it, it looked almost new! The only area for improvement is the vacuum job could have been better. I will come back. read more

I went to the car wash for the first time 10/05/19. I parked my car under the shade covering and walked to pay for the wash. The owner of the car wash came behind me yelling at me for me to move my vehicle up. I am a 56 year old man and i explained to him to stop yelling at me. Went to get the biggest package. Wanted my car cleaned so I could take it to the dealer for trade in. Spent $40.00. They gave it a too quick attack and left it 1/2 done. Had to spend almost 30 minutes at home finishing the job. WASTE of money. Example - wiped the inside area and missed more than they wiped. So it was shine in one spot and not right next to it. Customer service was good but the quality of the car wash was lacking. I elected the standard wash which includes exterior and interior (and a tire shine). There was still debris and water on the car when they delivered it to me. I also don't feel they have my car the same level of attention as they did some of the other vehicles being serviced at the same time. read more

Literally the worst car wash I have ever had. I came home and vacuumed, used leather cleaner and glass cleaner to get all the spaces they missed. This was the worse car wash I have ever had. Have you ever had your car mopped before? I know this was the first time for me. This place does not hand wash your car. Your car goes through this machine that sprays out Soap and other stuff and after that two guys mopped my car. The manager tried to say it was hand washed, I told him I could show him what hand wash means or even take him to a place where they hand wash your car. Keep on driving. Just don't even bother unless you enjoy being abused by management attempting to extort more money for a horrible job and an even worse attitude! I was happy with them over the last few months. Even though I thought they were expensive, I let it go as long as they behaved well and aimed to please. I could tell almost right away today that there was an ownership change. I used to get ignored by the staff who pretended not to understand me, but the owner was obligingly courteous; now all I got from the owner was a money-grubbing harangue about needing to pay more for them to do what used to be included for free in the level of service I paid for. He had the nerve to tell me that the people who provided the services in the past were fired for doing too much!! And that was after they tried to up the SUV surcharge on me. Thankfully I had my previous receipts and got a refund when I called them on it. It would behoove newcomers to this country to learn the language and culture before they attack their customers for expecting the same level of service to which they are accustomed. He could have earned my gratitude and repeat business by expending the time and energy he invested to argue with me to instead correct the issues. Carwashes are a dime a dozen. Unsafe. The man who was drying the car told my wife that she was, "Very beautiful." That's a pleasant thing to say. He then asked her if she was married. That's an inappropriate question unless you are getting a type of insurance on my view, but perhaps he was a naturally curious fellow. Perhaps. Then, he asked her if she was, "sure" that she was married. My wife, being sure of many things, especially this fact, assured him that, yes, she was, "sure," that she was married. Here we cross the line from this guy being inappropriate to creepy and predatory. Finally, he asked her if she was going to, "come back" to the car wash, presumably to see this charming fellow. MY IPOD WAS STOLEN!!!! Stay away!!!!! I took my car there to be cleaned but my iPod was also STOLEN. There was never anyone else in my car except for the day I took it to be cleaned (out). I couldn't figure out why the guy cleaning the inside kept looking in my direction but I soon found out. A few days later when I attempted to turn my music on, I found my iPod missing from the glove box. I called the owner who said he reviewed the video tape (I'm sure there isn't really a video) and there was nothing suspicious that he could see. read more

They charged $5 more because I had a minivan, but said they wouldn't do the trunk/back of the van even with all the seats down. The also wouldn't honor their policy of recleaning the car if it rain within 48 hours of getting your car cleaned if you paid for the full service. Now the minivan was really dirty when I took it there so I was excited to have it cleaned. But after I left I noticed that they did a pisspoor job on the interior after paying 45 dollars to have full service. The front dash, the console in between the seats, and even the doorhandle areas still had dirt and grime on and between them. How are you going charge $5 more because it is minivan but don't clean the back of the van when all of the seats were stowed away, which made it an easy area to clean. The vacuuming was even done poorly. And how are the back and side windows more smeared when left than when I got there. I wouldn't recommend this car wash for garbage trucks to be cleaned. If I could write this review with ZERO stars I would! We purchased a super wash and it came with unlimited bells and whistles for the exterior and interior of the vehicle well do not believe that. My husband had to take the rag and clean off some sap all it took was a bit of effort that the employees did not have. They must use dirty rags as my rear view mirror is now a cloudy mess. I had to see the manager before leaving as the dust on the dashboard would be gone after a "super wash" well it was never touched the running boards were just as dirty. The manager came over after quickly selling additional washes to un expecting customers and apologized and explained well the guys are tired as it has been very busy. Well kill the excuses and hire enough workers the weather has improved and it is mothers day weekend. Not interested in the excuses but a satisfied detail. Would have gained better results from a Royal Farms drive through wash. NOT a happy customer at all. read more
