Afterward, I looked at their Yelp page and saw a lot of really bad reviews for this location. I am sorry that other people had those experiences, but that has not been mine. She replied, "That's me," and explained that she hadn't been able to take me earlier because she needed to help other clients. I understand that other customers also need assistance, but I was a customer with a scheduled appointment. If appointments cannot be honored, then they should not be offered. I rearranged my work schedule and canceled a medical appointment based on the expectation that my scheduled appointment would be respected. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.

(The box also had a lot of small family photos and other items in it). The fragile boxing assistance charge was $20. We were not notified of the amount beforehand; otherwise, we'd have just done it ourselves and saved $20. That being said, it was exceptionally well packaged and taped. I feel a little ripped off. We should have asked, I guess, but we had no idea how expensive it was to have help. This is the cost before shipping, which will likely be a fortune. Anyway, this is a great store that has any size box you could ever need, and friendly, professional service. We will just buy the materials and DIY it more ourselves next time.
