Brian helped me with making sure I had the hitch and the lighting adapter (cause you kind of need brake lights on your trailer). After everything was picked out I set up my installer appointment. On install day, I had something come up at work and had to drop it off. No problem. They not only accommodated my schedule change but went ahead and installed everything working 1.5 hours! Amazing! It's a family owned auto repair shop, residing in a mostly Hispanic strip mall area. I don't venture out to Smyrna much so was hopeful they could get my A/C working and do a quick oil change. I've delayed getting my a/c fixed for 2 years, assuming it was going to be pricey and just not stressing over it. Guess when your gf breaks up with you, and you had saved money up for a ring, you end up having money to spare. Thank you, I guess? The waiting room isn't large and there's not much in it (a vending machine and 4 comfy chairs with magazines). No coffee or water. And it can get hot in it. BUT, there is a Wing Place across the street to chill at (which is where I went). This truly is a shop focused on the car. It took them about 2 and a half hours. Cost was waaaaaaay lower than what I thought it was going to be, like 75% lower! And when I cranked my car, cold air came out. My car had the coldest A/C prior to the issue and it felt like new again. I have no doubt any other place would have tried gouging me. Insanely happy with the work done, and would 1000% recommend them.

I took my older BMW X3 to several intown and supposed "euro" auto shops due to what everyone assumed was a coolant leak. No one was able to truly diagnose the issue, and I paid almost a thousand dollars to have the issue "fixed." After a major overheating incident, I finally had my car towed to Oliver based upon a friend's recommendation. The issue ended up being nothing more than a $3.50 screw, plus the small cost of labor to flush the coolant system. The diagnostic and fix happened within a couple of hours, and I was amazed at the knowledge, ability and speed of the technicians at this shop. If you are looking for mechanics that actually understand how to fix and care for foreign (or I'm sure domestic) cars, PLEASE come here first.

SirusXM doesn't work unless you buy an adapter and I wasn't told this until after the fact. Knobs are now hard to turn and sticky.
