Katelyn was thorough in walking me through the in-Lei Lash Lift process, as this was my first time doing any sort of lash treatment. During the treatment, Katelyn educated me on lash extensions, microblading, and teeth whitening--and their company's dedication to quality services. After 24hrs it only took one coat of mascara (regular straight lash wand) for my lashes to look curled up and "done". Before, I used a lash crimper to crimp my lashes with "5 pumps" (which I've now thrown out of my makeup routine) and 2-3 coats of mascara to make my lashes look the same level of curled and "done". Unlike other places that will not touch someone else's piercing job, Kelly at forever adored said no problem. She made an appointment and we came in a week or so ago. I have to mention that there is a big parking lot, parking is not a hassle at all. Coming inside we were greeted. The receptionist knew why we were there and showed us the earring she could choose from. The office is spacious and welcoming. Everything is very clean. There were bottles of water and candy on the center table. Although it was quiet and professional, the two women were talkative and engaging with clients. I found myself wondering what I could have done! My daughter is happy with her piercings and really liked how Kelly put her at ease and took her time until my daughter was satisfied to proceed. I came to get my eye brows done by Gabby on July 11th. This is my first time going to her but not…read moremy first time getting my eye brows done. I had an appointment at 10am but was not seen until 10:15am. There was no receptionist when I came in and a woman yelled out to me if I had an appointment. I replied that I did and was looking for the woman who was talking to me which was Gabby the permanent make up artist. She was working on a client and sat in the waiting area observing her space. Finally the receptionist arrives and gives me paper work to fill out. Nothing fancy just the typical brief medical history and allergy information. I was finally called in by Gabby herself and we went through the whole process of shape, color, measurements and so fourth, along with her asking me 20 thousand questions which is amazing because she definitely prides her work and wants to make sure the customer is happy! So she traces the eye brow on my face and they are a little thick to my liking but she explains to me that it won't be to thick. I like a skinny sexy eye brow and these were bold so I just went with it because ink on my face fades over time so if I don't like it, it will fade but everyone is not lucky like me to experience that (Gabby informed me). She also discussed the laws and regulations she has to follow regarding semi permanent tattoos and gave me a nice over view among small talk. She ended up doing individual hair strokes on me and even with the numbing cream it stung but not to bad! Once she was done my eye brows look super thick but defined and pretty. I was hoping they would shrink soon because I did want them thinner to begin with. She sent me home with instructions on how to care for them and to call her any time with any questions and concerns. I have my new eyes for a week and a day now, I am happy how they look but they are a tab bit thick for me but overall all I am happy with the results and hope these beauties do not fade too quickly over time like my previous procedures. I highly recommend Gabby, she is very professional sweet and will strive to do her best! Also she has so many certifications over 20! The best in Fresno! I regret not finding her for my first eye brow procedure. I have a follow-up in September so I am looking forward to it! I like waking up looking Fabulous!

She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. It looked brand new but they've been there a long time. Very impressive. I can't recommend this place enough. Book! Now!
