I came in for a Brazilian wax on Saturday the 20th with ulee. I had the worst experience ever, to…read morethe point that I will never wax again. Ulee was hesitant to pull the wax off making the experience slow and painful and LEFT wax on me. I called to talk to a manager everyday after this experience, it took them 7 days to get back to me to listen to what happened. The manager named Esmeralda listened to what happened and even admitted the girl who waxed me has been an Asthetician for a while but is newer to the company, I even offered to come and show them pictures I took of the wax left on me (it was a lot and since I had to pull the wax off myself there was blood involved) She made me write an incident report to see what we can do & it took them 11 days to give me $30 of lousy points to use at EWC! Mind you I will never be coming here again after being years of being a consistent customer. The EWC horror stories are absolutely real!
