He was patient as I asked many questions, and I never felt rushed. We decided to the home inspection on 05/13/24. On 05/12/24, it rained very hard, and I was concerned about the new house since it is located next to a drainage system. Fortunately, Mark was doing another home inspection in the area and dropped by to take some pictures for me, mind you, I did not even ask him to do so. It is close to 30 days and I have not received my refund. I've been constantly ensuring and to no avail.. nothing. It's amazing how folk are quick to take your money bug as soon as you need your money returned, the company drag their feet. This should be against the law. At this point, this is theft.
