Sam who does their scheduling was super helpful with our tight schedule for getting our inspections in when we were free (in addition to us working in builder timelines), and both Brad and Charlie were super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciated how well he explained things, and how patient he was with questions. The report he sent us afterwards was detailed and again, easy to understand. I can say after having lived in the house that the inspection seemed accurate. We haven't noticed any problems he didn't cover, and those problems he found helped us in negotiations.
