B town automotive is a professional group of people that are knowledgeable about cars-- everything about cars! They are friendly and responsive and make it easy for me to understand what's going on with my car. The only issue I have is that they are so busy that you have to make your appointments in advance -- at least a few days. They ARE busy, which is proof that they are good at what they do!! read more

First off, walking in they had the BEST smelling candle and I immediately knew my experience would be great. Super friendly and great service! I am a faithful customer of another oil change place in Loveland. I took my car here before a road trip, to check out a problem. The diagnosis was a mid-price ($300 or so) fix, but the ultimate repair was $200 LESS when they decided they did not need to do the full change and that the problem was actually caused by something else. Oil Change for my van is less than $32, That's about a $20 difference from my other favorite location. Today I brought in my van for an oil change, and what a surprise when they offered to deliver it to me when done! I was beautifying myself at a nearby salon so it was perfect, didn't have to call my husband to help me with the exchange. I didn't even need to give the shop guy a ride back, they took care of it. Van was delivered to the salon, and I stopped by the shop on my way back to pay. They seem to be really concentrating on local business, it's not a high vis location at all. I don't know how this place has any bad reviews! The people who work here are some of the nicest I've ever encountered, hands down. I started bringing my car here after we moved to berthoud two years ago and every visit they go above and beyond, even coming outside to make sure I didn't need help unloading my kids from the car. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and they saw my tires were low on air. They filled them without even being asked and at no additional cost. They're always upfront that my oil change may cost a bit more because I have a large car that takes full synthetic. Five stars every time! read more

I've had them service several of my vehicles for several years now and have always appreciated their work, honesty and customer service. Had to have them relook at recent repairs to my power steering. They acknowledged a faulty pump and replaced it at no cost to me. Bonus was getting my air conditioner to blow cold-- as opposed to cool -- air again, which will make my work commute way more tolerable! Highly recommended local family business! read more

Love this place! They will come pick up my vehicle and bring it back to me while I am working (I do work nearby) and they always do such a great job. Today I took my car in to have a nail removed from my tire, the whole process took 5 minutes and they didn't charge me anything. They also record all your visits online so you can go back and see what was done to your vehicle and at what mileage. read more

I took my Toyota Camry in for an oil change and "checkup". I was totally impressed with the level of customer service I received, along with the itemized list of things to watch and be concerned with in the future. There was no push to do anything other than what I asked for. I'm impressed and will continue to do business with BTC as long as I keep getting this level of service. read more

This place is a joke. The people here are incompetent and I think the mechanic was high every time I talked to him. I will never ever take any of my vehicles to this place again. This place needs to be shut down. It should not take 4 attempts to get a car fixed correctly. The owners are so disorganized. They never call you back when they say they are going to and they do not communicate with their service techs. Be very cautious of this place. I even know local business in the Berthoud area that quit taking their vehicles here for the same reason. read more

Do not go here unless you want your car destroyed. They "fixed" my mustang's tie rod ends and when I later got into an accident it was deemed undriveable due to their "repairs." My vehicle was totalled due to the additional cost to repair their work. Brought my wife's car in to get shocks installed. Took them four times to do it and it was never done right. I should have taken it somewhere else and had btown pay for someone else to fix it. Now there is further damage to the car because they couldn't even put shocks on right...even after 4 attempts. What a joke. DO NOT GO HERE. Plus when I went in to complain and said my car was not fixed the lady...owners wife...started yelling at me, the customer. Its been a year since this happened but now that I had to take my wife's car in and I found out how much damage was caused by them not installing the shocks correctly I feel like I should sue them. And at least tell everyone not to EVER go here. read more
