    Brought my truck in to get brake rotors and pads replaced. They charged me $95.71to diagnose that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Diagnostic fee NOT applied to work. Unbelievable! They then quoted a price of nearly $2,350 for the front and rear brakes $850 MORE than the dealership's inflated quote. I found another shop that did front & rear rotors and pads for $685. NEVER again BG!!

    I had my brakes go out while visiting a friend in Fort Collins. I brought my vehicle here because I saw how many great reviews I had. The salesman Brandon was extremely pushy, and having just checked all my fluid he said they had to recommend those changes anyway saying the fluid was dirty, which was absolutely 100% FALSE. Note the 'brake fluid twice on the estimate, and 'parts cleaner' twice as well as having a pretty high cost for the rotors and brake pads (definitely top end) I can get those for almost half that price without a discount at the store, same for the brake pads. Also note the 'Core charges' on there. Those are from the auto parts store and will be returned to them when they bring the old cores back in. I had a lot of hope but was extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty in this company. UPDATE The owner Mike called and was very apologetic, agreed that he would certainly discuss the extra charges with the sales team and make sure his business was on par with his specific ideals and standards with all his team members. The owner Mike does get 5 stars for his handling of the unprofessional experience I had. Will post further if I do get my vehicle serviced.

    These lady's and gentlemen are top notch. My car broke down outside of FOCO. Matt helped arrange a tow truck to come get my car and the team treated me like royalty. Frank was my point of contact and kept me apprise of my cars repair needs, etc. We are from Kansas and that posed many challenges to which this team bent over backwards to accommodate us. Thank you for your help, kindness and support.

    I love this mechanic shop a lot. They have the best service so far that I have experienced. I know this automotive thru my auto body repair shop due to my car accident 2yrs ago. They have me replaced my car engine. The moment I was here, I feel that everyone is friendly. I do get a text message about my car condition with pictures of my service advisor, the tech, part that need to be repair, etc. Mike was my service advisor. He did help me keep down the cost. I will definitely bring my car here for the maintenance service.

Fast forward to this August and now I have my daughter's car (Toyota Highlander) in Fort Collins and we have just completed an inspection of the car. A shout out to the service writers. Marty saw us initially Wed. at 8:00 and we realized with my appointment at a glass shop, that the inspection couldn't be completed in a timely manner. He then proceeded to work us in the next day. Brendan was the service writer that took us in for our Thurs. appointment and after inspection, explained everything that was recommended based on the mileage of the car. Being just enough of a gearhead to get me in trouble but know what is needed and what is not, I was very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the inspection. I never felt pressured to buy any parts, products, or services. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. Brendan and Marty were very friendly, engaging, and professional. I also got a ride back to the place where I was staying and the driver (Kevin) was very easy to talk with. Just like an uber driver.     I really wanted to love this place. They were welcoming, kind, and the shop itself is clean and…read moreprofessional. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. I brought my car in for intermittent cooling issues with the A/C. They told me the problem was too much Freon, so they drained it, put the same fluid back in, and added dye "to check for leaks." I was charged $208 for this, and assured that was the issue. But this makes no sense--if there were actually a leak, the fluid would be low, not over full. Adding dye to look for leaks completely contradicts what they claimed the problem was. After picking it up, I drove for about 10 minutes only to realize the exact same problem still existed. I called back to let them know, and was then told that sometimes they "start with charging and checking fluids," but it could actually be a bigger issue and I'd need to bring it back. Why wasn't that explained upfront instead of being told it was fixed? And if there really was a "bigger issue," why didn't they notice it during their so-called test drive? My invoice even shows the exact same mileage for intake and outtake, which tells me the car was never actually driven. They also told me I needed new tie rods. Trusting them, I had those done--almost $1,000. My vehicle was driving just fine with no symptoms, so now I'm questioning whether that repair was even necessary. Based on the A/C still not being repaired at all, I'm seriously questioning their entire diagnosis. On top of that, they changed the oil but then wanted an additional $187 just to check the reason for the check engine light. Thankfully I didn't agree to that, because after driving it home the light went off on its own--just as I suspected, it was only triggered by the oil change being due. All in all, despite the kindness of the staff and the nice facility, I left feeling like it was a total waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend them.
