I explained that it had already been over a month and that I urgently needed my glasses because I cannot see properly without them, especially since I am traveling. Then when it was known I had a bit of glaucoma his only solution was laser surgery. When I told him I wanted a second opinion he got real offended and basically walked out of the examining room. Week later I went to a glaucoma specialist got a much more thorough exam and was prescribed some eye drops. Have been using them for a year now and eye pressure has actually dropped a bit. Seems Clearview is only interested in paying for their laser, which by the way was not guaranteed it would correct the problem, kind of like snake oil. Go anywhere else for eye care.

I need to double check the name of the person who helped me (as I'm horrible with names), but the person who helped me last year was the same as the one this year and it was nice because we were already familiar with each other. My info was already in the system so it was an easy experience for me. They have a great selection of glasses. They have good apps so that you can see the glasses that they don't have in stock, but can see them on yourself via the camera app. The tech they use to show you comparisons side by side of the same glasses with different features/options picked make decision making a bit easier. I don't really have any complaints other than I hope they are staffed well so that they are able to handle things without hassle. I know I heard the phone going off, but no one was able to get to it because they were all helping people so I can only imagine what its like to be a caller, but if you go in or if you call and get lucky when someone is available, I don't see it as a huge issue. They're doing their best and I appreciate it.

Don't use Pearle. But if you do go to Pearle, be extremely careful, and do not let them charge you anything in advance of services provided. Investigations are underway.
