Turns out, the last shop that did our oil change didn't properly seal the oil filter housing cap, which caused oil to leak all over the engine. Jesse diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, cleaned up the spilled oil, and topped us off with new oil. All at a very fair price. If he hadn't caught it when he did, our engine could've locked up. They've definitely earned our trust, and we'll be coming back for all our future auto needs. Highly recommend!

Well he recommended we do some other repairs as well after he looked at the car so okay we decided to have those repairs done as well . So a few days go by and my sons car starts making a noise I called him back told him what was going on he said okay I'll take a look but then every time I asked when he could come out and look at it there was an excuse. Needless to say he never came back out and looked at it . I had to pay someone else and it ended up being some bolts that weren't tightened up . We had a great experience here last week. I was having some issues with my car AC and called them and was able to promptly get scheduled for service. Everything was straightforward and organized. They asked if we could pick up the car sooner than planned which was a little tricky within the workday schedule, but they offered to slightly reduce the bill to cover Uber to get my husband there to when we didn't have an extra car- I thought was a nice gesture. Overall, positive experience and we will be visiting them for our future car needs!

I was ready and excited to book…read morewith this company again since my first experience went well but this time I felt like I got scammed. After paying a $75 dollar deposit for an inspection my appointment was cancelled twice! Once because they were short staffed (appt 06/13), and the second time due to rain (06/17). I had to text them to remind them of the second appt and then they cancelled on me 2 hours before it was scheduled . I tried to call the shop many times but no one ever answered. I went through the customer portal and asked for my deposit back, to speak to a manger or to be accommodated in anyway and they refused me. I even tried to see if I made a 3rd appointment if they would inspect and service the car in the same day due to me having to wait on them for dayss! They told me no. They told me I will not get my deposit back and it will go towards a new appointment. They told me the deposit can't be refunded because "they reserve a technician's time and scheduling availability", even though no techs have been available to me!! They said both of the appointments they cancelled was for reasons out of their control and that they would escalate this with management and make me a "priority" to schedule me an appointment asap. Then turned around and said they aren't sure when they can service me and that I need to make my own new appointment for THE 3RD TIME!! When no one from the company/ management reached out to me for a follow up, I on their site to see what time has available and it showed no availability till 07/06. I reached out again asking how true this was and if this got escalated to a manager... no response. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed and I feel scammed. I will never work with this company again!

I had taken my 2019 Ford Escape to Pearson Ford because I thought the starter had gone out when it…read morewouldn't start despite having a new battery and gas in my car. They tried to tell me I needed a whole new engine for around $12k. I had it towed to Sharp's Automotive for a second opinion. While part of what the dealership said was true, Sharp's was able to actually fix my engine without replacing it. There was a part that had to go to a separate machine shop for work to be done on it. The machine shop was backlogged and didn't get to my part for a week and a half, but I don't blame Sharp's since that was beyond their control. Apparently, my engine timing belt needed to be replaced along with a few other things; they also did an oil change. The timing tool they had was missing a part due to a former employee not putting it back where it belongs and they couldn't find it. So they ordered the missing part and had to wait a day to receive it. My engine timing parts were complicated for putting back together, so it took longer than he thought it would. He promised me I would get my car back on a certain day even if he had to work late. I did get my car back on the day he promised. All in all, I spent less than $5k for the work and I'm happy to have my car back in my garage. Steven was the mechanic who worked on my car; he communicated well about the progress and I think he did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!
