Every time I am visiting I am taken care of with the best customer service I've ever had. I am an expecting mother with a one year old. I got my first premium shot for free on my lunch hour conveniently located at the Steamhouse coffee house connected to the JOYA Yoga & Cycle studio. I felt the difference immediately upon returning to work. I had a really good experience here, the ambiance is nice and the staff are great. I would've loved to give 5 stars, but the reason I am a bit frustrated is that I came to get an IV drip and use my HSA funds. When it came time to check out, the employee at the front told me "we aren't taking HSA cards for the next week." I was a little taken aback, because I didn't get any notice of this prior to my appointment. Had this information been relayed to me, I would've rescheduled. I asked him why I wasn't notified, all he could offer was "I'll let the COO know." Well that's not helpful, because now I have to come out of pocket and hope my HSA reimburses me. From a customer service stand point, emails should've been sent to clients with upcoming appointments stating they are not accepting HSA at this time. This is important, especially if people aren't able to come out of pocket for this expense. This was my first time here, and although I'll be back this was my first impression of this place. read more

I have been getting vitamin shots here at the Livermore location for about two months. What I notice is my energy is amazing and I sleep well and I feel like my body functions so much better especially the energy I have for my workouts, when I get the vitamin shots. I took two weeks off to see if in fact it was really the vitamin shots that were affecting me so well and it was apparent I really needed to get the shots weekly, it was very helpful to my health, skin and over all well being. I started off with the weight loss regimen and I noticed a pretty big difference, it helped me not feel so hungry and I felt like I had a lot of energy while I was trying to eat better and work out a lot.
