Had an amazing time at Beem for red light therapy treatment and their social sauna I shared with my mom! I've had this type of treatment done once before but this experience topped it by a landslide. The energy of Beem right from the entrance is welcoming, peaceful, safe, and relaxing. The general manager, Abraham, was very warm and was great at explaining the treatments and benefits. He was very patient with us as we were newer to the services. All of the treatment rooms and the restrooms were very clean, aesthetic, and had great amenities. I loved the cold peppermint towel during the sauna especially and the totes they provide to carry your belongings was so cute! Oh.....my goodness. My experience at Beem was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to give us a tour of the space. They explained the benefits of each service, which I really appreciated. I was given a tote that had a wrap included so you can walk from one room to another without having to worry about changing in and out. I started with a 15-minute red light therapy session, followed by a 45-minute sauna session, and finished with a shower afterward. Everything felt very relaxing and well-paced. The space itself is beautiful..super clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, which made it even more enjoyable to spend time there. You can tell they really care about the experience they're creating for their guests. It's a great place if you're looking to unwind, reset, and treat yourself to some wellness time. Love this relaxation spot! Staff is very attentive , knowledgeable and very nice. The red light therapy is a new experience. It's similar to tanning beds but focused more on pain relief. The sauna was everything only I needed a pillow to cushion the seating after while the bench becomes uncomfortable. I will be back here time and time again. It's peaceful, clean and the much needed escape. So excited that Beem is finally open! I've seen all the TikTok's and reels on Instagram boasting about the benefits of infrared saunas and red light therapy. They're located next to the Walnut Creek, BART stop right off the north Main Street freeway exit. Enjoying a 42 min sauna session on a rainy day is one of my favorite things to do now. I love that in one session, I can burn 600 calories while watching my favorite show. I always leave feeling refreshed, energetic, and on top of the world. Sweating out toxins and releasing endorphins will have you feeling like you're on cloud 9. The decor is pink and pretty and always impeccably clean. My husband and I started our infrared sauna and red-light therapy sessions in August of this year and are now obsessed. We signed up for the combo package, mainly for the sauna, and wasn't quite sure what to expect with the red light portion. Fast forward to today, we aim to go at least 3 times a week on average and I can't believe the results we are experiencing especially with the red light therapy. 1. I've been dealing with eczema on my face for the past year and have tried over the counter and prescribed medications. Everything has been temporary relief which was frustrating. After starting red light therapy for about a month, my eczema outbreaks haven't come back even once. It's really helped my skin even beyond the eczema. I have people coming up to me asking why I look different and commenting that my skin looks great. The only thing that has changed in my routine was going to Beem. 2. What a great experience! My husband and I visited Beem for their Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna treatments. The space was very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff member, Abraham, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and put us both at ease. Both treatments were a first for me, and I would most definitely return for both. I found the Red Light Therapy relaxing and the temperature pleasantly warm but not at all hot. Having only ever tried (and not liked) traditional saunas, I was surprised by how much more comfortable the Infrared sauna was for me; I was easily able to enjoy the benefits of the entire session without issue. If I could give a million stars I would!! This new amazing sauna is exactly what we never knew we needed in Walnut Creek! I did the 40 min sauna and let me tell you, I left feeling like a new woman! It was so relaxing and refreshing! My skin was glowing, the pain in the heels of my feet were gone and I felt like the anxiety and stress I had when I walked through the doors was lifted like it was never there! I LOVE this light sauna! The customer service is top notch and I have noticed how much this treatment has helped my skin.
