After a few visits, it really begins to feel like family. Sometimes the chatter is about fun things, and other times it can be about more serious topics, but it is always inclusive and open to everybody who chooses to participate. My stylist is Rachel. Getting to know her was easy, for she is a warm and personable woman. Rachel is known for paying attention to details, especially when it comes to what her clients want. She really listens and hears what is asked of her and, as she gets to know you, makes solid recommendations based on her over 20 years' experience. She was great, she knew how to work with curly hair and even how to style it (which I can't say is true for many other hair stylists). I came out really happy with how my hair felt and looked. Before she started she did offer to do a "special" haircut for me for curly hair which was double the price. I do appreciate that she warned me about the price but just wish there was more explanation of this special haircut. If I will spend double the price for something I would like to understand why. In any case, I really liked her so I may do it in the future but for this time I just stuck with the normal haircut. Will be coming back.
