By that time - a few minutes later - a huge line formed and the place got packed with standing room only. The food was really good. The customer service was quite, efficient, and polite. I was impressed at the composure of the young guy running the register. He was really so calm given the crowd. I appreciated the kitchen too. The cheeseburgers are actually delicious and have two patties. The Baam sauce is good and i recommend it! The fries were a bit too soft for my liking but still good. Onion rings were good but crispy so if you aren't a big crispy onion ring fan, then I would most likely hold off. Nice and fast service for them making it right as you order. I ordered a regular hamburger with fries. I've never been here, so I got something simple. I also got a small cup for water. I have to say the tap water was very good! I didn't wait long. It was only five minutes. They called my number and I was in business. The burger consisted of two thinly smashed beef patties, a small piece of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. It came with the fries, and a pickle spear. Then bun was soft and warm. When I bit into it, I could feel the crispness of the patty. They were thin, the temp would be well done for both of them. I didn't mind. Overall, it was a nice place. The food was hot and fresh! The price for a burger and fries was about average, but more than say...a fast food restaurant. I visited Nashville for the first time over the MLK holiday weekend 2024. While standing in the forever queue of Hattie B's at the Assembly Food Hall with my husband, I searched online for other dining options for myself and found Baam Burger. The reviews were good and the photos looked great so after my husband ate his Hattie B's (I don't eat meat), we walked the few blocks to Baam Burger. I ordered the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. There weren't any customers at the time so service was fast and friendly. My food was really, really good. The veggie burger was very well seasoned and dressed. The sweet potato fries were crispy outside and soft inside. As I ate I wondered why the restaurant wasn't more busy and the only conclusion I could draw was that it's in a tricky location and there's construction nearby. I believe if this restaurant was located on Broadway or in the Assembly Food Hall it would be a lot more popular. If I ever go back to Nashville I will definitely eat here again. read more

I'm definitely a fan of Baam Burger! It's a bit of a hole in the wall (in a good way!) with an eclectic menu and lots of fun decorations and paintings on the walls. My first time at Baam Burger I ordered a double cheese burger, the patties were thick, juicy, and well seasoned and the bun is fluffy. My second time at Baam Burger I ordered the Crispy Baam which is a crispy chicken sandwich with cole slaw and mustard. It's quite the knockout sandwich as well, the chicken is fried well and has a great texture, it's lightly seasoned and surprisingly tender. Yum! The fries are crispy and thick but come out unseasoned which is a bit of a surprise my first time there. However, my second time I noticed that there seasonings are at the condiment stand and I was able to add however much I wanted (the spicy seasoning). Wow, really good burger! The only cons about the place is the location regarding parking. If you work around is great place to walk and get you a yummy burger, shake or an ice cream. I definitely will come back regardless of the parking though, the place is spacious and fast. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The place looks clean (98 on the score). They have a sauce station with different hot sauces, seasoning salt, etc. It has a really good vibe and the decor is interesting. I really like this place! read more

I usually try to avoid downtown Nashville if possible just because of parking and the prices of everything and Broadway. BUT when I do treat myself to going, it's always nice to find some go-to places. Baam Burger is now one of those places for several reasons. The biggest reason for me is the price point. The fact that you can get a delicious cheeseburger for $5.50 DOWNTOWN is crazy. They have a nice variety of burgers and I've heard their Crispy Chicken Burger is insanely good. I really want to try the Seoul Burger the next time I visit. They have french fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. I was able to try the fries and they were delicious. Crispy and fresh. I believe those are about $2.50-3.00 and you get a lot. So for about $8.00 you can get a full meal. Today I just ordered a milkshake because I had already eaten lunch and just wanted a treat. I couldn't believe all of the options they have! Chai, coffee, peanut butter...the list is endless! I'm a plain jane so I just ordered a classic chocolate shake with whipped cream. Yum. I drank the thing so fast. The small size was plenty even though I never wanted it to end. My total (plus tax) came to $3.22 for the shake. I can't even get a shake for that cheap at Dairy Queen or McDonalds. And this is a million times better. Next time I'll go crazy and try a mix of things. I also really love the feel of Baam Burger. It's a little divey (which I love) but still modern and cool. The custom wall murals are a nice pop of color. Cute modern furniture. I love the fact that they serve bottled beer. What's better than a burger and beer?! Whenever I find myself hungry and downtown, I will for sure be stopping into Baam Burger. The shakes alone are enough to get me coming back! They have a special sauce that they add to the burger that gives it an amazing zesty flavor. They have a great assortment of milkshakes to order from so it will be hard to decide what to get!
