Price was good, chicken was ok, not super tender or crispy, biscuit was a bit dry. Their version of hash browns was delicious and my favorite part. Service was fast and everyone was friendly .

We stopped into Big Bad Breakfast for a late morning meal. We were immediately taken to our booth, both of us noting the cool and comfortable ambiance. Amanda, our server, arrived with a 5 star smile and was back with coffee in about a minute ( and it was good coffee). We ordered a veggie omelet and breakfast skillet. My omelette veggies were delicious, the egg could have been a bit more substancial. My husband said the skillet was tasty and he wished the portion had been larger. I also ordered a bruleed grapefruit- which could have been excellent if the sections had been cut or it was served with a grapefruit spoon... instead I mangled it ... I'll try mimicking it for a Christmas brunch. Anyway, we'll be back when we're in the area!! With the small observations noted we highly recommend!

A solid place for comfort in the form of country style food. You can't go wrong with a skillet. the service is friendly. The place is spacious.

My husband took my best friend and I and our food was sooo good and service was just as good! Wasn't over crowded, the only thing is it's a little warm inside the building but not terrible! I would definitely recommend going. We visit every time we are in town!

A bit loud for my taste but the food is great so it's doable. Service can be busy but again the choice of food is great so it evens out the service. I have tried most of the menu and have not found any disappointment. Parking can be a hassle, if you can park across the street.

I was greeted at the door. No wait. The restaurant was clean except for the bathroom. I love the murals throughout the restaurant. Our server was great. The food was hot and fresh. The potatoes could've been a little more seasoned but it didnt take down my rating. From the fresh orange juice to the red velvet waffle. Everything was chef's kiss.

10/10 absolutely amazing. My server Addie was so friendly, fast and attentive. Was seated in a sunny spot immediately. The fresh OJ is heavenly and no doubt it is fresh squeezed haha. I had the Huevos Rancheros Grits and wow wow wow it was impressively tasty. Never had something like that before. Latte was super tasty as well. Honestly not a single complaint and will have to stop back in soon! Thanks

Whether you're looking for something light or something decadent, you'll find it here! We came with a vegetarian guest, a guest wanting something decadent and meaty, and a guest wanting something healthy, and everyone found what they needed. The service was very friendly and quick. Great breakfast spot!

This was my first time having breakfast at BBB in years & my first time at the Nashville location. It was as good as I remembered. We got our food to go, and the servers that helped were great. They waited until I picked up the food to make the coffee to my liking. Parking is a challenge as the lot is small. Love: Service (kind, attentive); biscuit sandwich (brown, crispy, fluffy biscuit); breakfast plate (classic in the best way, good grits & bread); old school wrap (nice portion)

The first thing you should know is that this place was stated by & the head chef is a James Beard awarded master!!! Having said that, the food is mind blowing! Everything we got was FANTASTIC!!!! The service was top shelf as well! Our server was so attentive and always near by. She was quick to govern recommendations, and quick to give us space ;) As if that weren't enough, the decor is super funky and cool. I have NOTHING bad to say! Not a single negative word! You should check this place out!!

Really easy review to write. 5 star experience. I was in and out quickly. Server showed great attention to me. The menu was easy to navigate. I chose the Big Bad Skillet and it was a great choice packed with calories. Biscuit was nice soft. Plenty of people were in the location but noise was not much of a problem. Always a good experience when i dine here.

A Charming Brunch Gem in Richmond After a morning stroll through the Richmond Farmers Market, my husband and I discovered this delightful spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The café was bustling with energy -- clearly a local favorite -- and though there was a short wait, it proved well worth it. I enjoyed a classic plate of roasted turkey and eggs, complemented by freshly baked biscuits that were simply divine. My husband opted for the Denver omelet, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The coffee was rich and well-balanced, and for those looking to linger a little longer, the menu also features mimosas and a tempting selection of specialty drinks. A charming detail not to be missed: the shelves behind the bar are lined with cookbooks, adding a warm, personal touch to the space. With its inviting atmosphere and thoughtfully crafted dishes, this is the perfect place to gather with friends or family. Truly a delicious find in the heart of Richmond.

I had the Mr. Croissant with home fries, and because I wanted to try the biscuits, I also added a biscuit with honey and butter to my order. The croissant and biscuit were great. Next time, I'd give a miss to the included home fries and opt for the fruit instead. My vanilla bean latte was very good and my friend loved her mocha. To celebrate the Birthday Girl, we ordered two bottles of champagne and two flights of juices to make mimosas. We all took homemade strawberry pop tarts to go. I can't believe it has taken me this long to finally write a review for Biscuit Love…read more I've been eating here for more than a dozen years, and that should tell you just about everything you need to know. Their biscuits have consistently been among the best in Tennessee. And honestly, I'd put them up against just about anything across the entire South. They're light. They're fluffy. They're fresh. And they hit the mark every single time. Then there's the candy bacon. I'm not entirely sure what kind of magic is involved in making it, but I do know that it has become one of the things I look forward to every time I start planning another trip to Nashville. Some people plan their itinerary around museums and historic landmarks. I plan mine around biscuits and candy bacon. And I have no regrets. The eggs are fluffy and cooked perfectly, and in more than a dozen years of eating here, I honestly can't remember ever having anything that was subpar. Now, a little practical advice: be prepared to wait in line. But stay in line. This is not the time to see a long queue and decide that you'll just go somewhere else. The line is part of the experience, and the food is worth the wait. Nashville has no shortage of breakfast options, but Biscuit Love has earned its place as a must-stop. Five stars. After all these years, the biscuits are still among the best I've had anywhere. That kind of consistency is rare. And yes, the next time I'm planning a trip to Nashville, Biscuit Love will be on the list.

When you walk into the restaurant it has a laid back, urban, and southern comfort vibe. You'll place your order at the counter and then handed a number. We ordered the Bonuts (fried biscuit dough, tossed in sugar and topped with lemon mascarpone and served over blueberry compote). The bonuts were by far my favorite part of the meal, perfectly balanced and a must order. For our entree we split the East Nasty (buttermilk biscuit, topped with chicken tenders, buttermilk white cheddar cheese, bear creek sausage gravy and we added an egg). The biscuit was good but needed a little more gravy. I also used hot sauce as I wanted a bit more of a kick with my biscuit. If you are in the Nashville id definitely recommend stopping the for brunch.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the sweetest hosts, who made us feel genuinely welcome. We had made a reservation, and our table was ready immediately, making for a smooth and stress-free start to our meal. I would highly recommend making a reservation at least a day in advance--two days if you're visiting on a weekend or during peak travel times. It was clear this place is popular, and for good reason. Our server, Cody, truly made the experience unforgettable. Hands down, he is the best server I've ever had anywhere. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the menu, explain the daily specials, answer all of our questions, and offer recommendations based on what we were looking for. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. We ordered the pancakes, omelets, and of course, the famous biscuits. The biscuits absolutely deserve the hype! They were warm, buttery, fluffy, and practically melted in your mouth. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious, and the omelets were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciated is that while Loveless Cafe offers a supper menu in the evenings, breakfast is served all day. That's perfect for anyone like me who believes breakfast tastes good no matter what time it is! It's easy to see why Loveless Cafe has become such a Nashville staple. Between the warm Southern hospitality, outstanding service, and incredible food, this was an experience we'll be talking about long after breakfast. If you're visiting Nashville, or even if you're a local who hasn't been yet, put Loveless Cafe at the top of your list. And if you're lucky enough to have Cody as your server, you're in for an exceptional experience!

She warned me that there's always a wait, but being a Monday, I thought it would be ok. We were surprised to find parking right across the street, then arrive to no line and being seated right away. He was busy but stayed engaged throughout our time there. My daughter ordered the Banana Bread Pancakes while I chose the Swedish Pancakes, then added the Candied Bacon to share. It all came out super-fast! The Banana Bread Pancakes were fluffy, flavorful and so yummy. My Swedish Pancakes were classically thin, slightly sweet and loaded with lingonberry. We waited 30-40 minutes in line just to get a table, followed by another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. After waiting nearly an hour, I was honestly expecting something exceptional, but I came away feeling underwhelmed. They have a huge variety of pancakes on the menu, which is impressive, but the flavors didn't really stand out. We ordered the Sweet Potato Pancakes, but they didn't really taste like sweet potato. The Blueberry Pancakes were good but felt like something you could get at many other breakfast spots. The hash browns were another disappointment--they were essentially just grilled, smashed potatoes and lacked the crispy texture I was expecting. I also ordered the Chorizo Quesadilla, which tasted pretty plain and could have used much more seasoning and flavor. The French Toast was good, but the real highlight of the meal was the hot chocolate. It was rich, comforting, and easily my favorite item we ordered. Overall, I can see why this place is popular, but for me, it didn't live up to the hype or justify the long wait. The food was decent, but I don't think it was worth spending nearly an hour waiting when there are plenty of other breakfast spots in Nashville serving similar quality without the lines.

Once inside the staff was so kind and helpful. Our waitress was the best! They did have Gluten Free options which was very nice and they were good. I ordered the Cold Brew and it was gross. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would give it a 5 on cleanliness. I guess they allow pets so we listened to this dog bark as the owner threw waffles on the floor for him to eat. I happened to not be a pet person so this was a struggle for me + I felt bad for the dog. All those dirty feet walking on that floor and that dog was eating off of it. Didn't feel right. They did mess up our bill and we ended up realizing after that we over paid. Overall I do not recommend and wouldn't go back. If our waitress wouldn't have been amazing this would have been a 1 star review.
