I had a very disappointing experience with my psychiatrist. During our interaction, I felt rushed…read morewhile trying to complete payment, and when I attempted to ask questions and advocate for myself as a patient, the conversation became hostile and unprofessional. He began cursing repeatedly, called me "irrational," and spoke to me in a way I found completely inappropriate for a medical provider. Regardless of disagreements or frustration, I do not believe patients should be spoken to with profanity or hostility in a psychiatric setting. What also stood out to me was that during a previous visit, he asked if I could leave him a positive Google review because other clients had left negative ones. In hindsight, that felt concerning and unprofessional as well. I understand providers are busy and under stress, but professionalism and respectful communication matter -- especially in mental health care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this experience.

i love the experience I've had here, I've been to every clinic in Fresno and of all of them be…read morereally enjoyed this one. the staff (for the most part) is all very cool! it's almost like a family atmospher, between staff and clients! also what I find really cool is, if your on Suboxone like I am, they have a program called Sonora I think it is, and after 14 days of clean tests and meeting all the criteria, and not missing your appointments, they will give you bottles which allow you to only have to come in once a week. now that's very unique because my last clinic it took me a month of good behavior and clean tests to receive 1 bottle so I'd have to come in every other day, took me like 3 or more months to be able to get enough bottles where I only had to come in once a week. But really i poved my experience with that clinic too, everywhere you go you will have pros and cons THATS LIFE but so far with MedMark I haven't experienced the Cons yet. She is aggressive, rude, and worse of all she overheard me asking someone for a grievance form after she was rude, aggressive and incompassionate, so she went and put a complaint in about me, the patient, knowing I was filling out a grievance. 100% feel like I was retaliated against for asking for a grievance form. Not to mention she dosed me with a small shot glass and then literally filled all my bottles up to the very top with water, also a retaliation tactic. Just think twice if you decide to ask for a grievance form because this nurse WILL make you regret it which is a terrible feeling. Also avoid her window because she makes you feel like your insignificant and you don't matter.

But once Jackie took over the situation everything was perfect she made sure things got done and even called Me back after her lunch break to make sure I was taken care of . He is insightful, compassionate, very knowledgeable and a fantastic listener. Not afraid to say "I'm not sure", he has a great sense of humor. The office support staff is fair to good sometimes,an occasional minor issue, but he is a busy doc, and I am very lucky to have him as my Dr. especially in Fresno, CA
