They greet me with smiles and hellos. Asking how life has been. They are both very pleasant to talk to making the experience that much better. They even let me try some of the vegetarian jalapeño dolma tonight. It was very good. ***The staff are always washing their hands and or wearing plastic gloves when handling the food. That is a huge plus for me.*** The chicken Shawarma bowl (photo of in review that I took) is a go to for me. I'm excited about stopping in tomorrow evening to see them and try some more. The beef is nothing special and there were some pieces that were not quite chewable however it was still tasty. Lots of good vege including onion and cucumber. Included was hummus and pita, which complimented the bowl well. Also got the baklava which was not too sweet and pretty brunch - would recommend. Staff was friendly. Chuck and Ali were behind the counter and they were very nice. If I wanted a quick bite of mediterranean and I was around Shelby Township I would come here.

When I ordered online it said about 40 minutes. This is how long it says for just about anything I've ever ordered from here. Must be a default. When I pulled up the parking lot was pretty empty and the first thing I thought was that this pie was not going too hot because I am sure they made it right away. And I was actually 5 minutes early from the stated pick up time. There is usually a wait once you get in but my pizza was already done. When the girl handed me the box I immediately put my hand under the box and it was not hot. It was a 5 minutes drive home so it was only getting colder. When I did get home, I opened the box it looked great. I love their muffulettas so making a pizza out of the bread is a great idea. As I grabbed my first slice I noticed the pizza was not even warm. It had to have sat for 10 minutes before I even picked it up which is what I was worried about. Then, as I was trying to get the slice out I noticed that hardly any of the slices were cut all the through. I tried 3 different slices and none were cut through so I couldn't eat anything until I went looking for my pizza cutter. Yes, I had to basically slice up the whole pizza and the cutlines that were there, were not even. Some very large slices, some very small pieces. Not sure how you get slices that different in size. It was actually annoying. The taste was great, crust was cold but still very crispy. The cheese and sauce were so cold that they were already starting to thicken. Not exactly what I would expect with a $28 pie. And yes, not only did I have to cut my own pizza, I also had to microwave my slices after the first slice I ate. There was zero stretch to the cheese. So as I said, I don't think I got the best version of this pizza. It was a $28 pie that I had to cut up myself and warm it up in a microwave and that's after being early to pick it up. Not sure I'd order this again, I was really disappointed.

Lately, with my no-sugar diet, pizza has definitely become more of an occasional treat. My order is pretty simple: thin crust with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and Italian sausage. I had also wanted plain wings with blue cheese or ranch, but since I ordered about 30 minutes before closing, they let me know the wings were no longer available for the night, which I completely understood. I asked for a small thin pizza, but they only offered one size, which was fine with me. I also grabbed a 2-liter diet pop, and the total came to around $28. The pizza itself looked great visually, and you could tell care went into it. For me personally, though, the flavor just didn't quite stand out the way I hoped it would based on the reviews. Taste is subjective, of course, and I know many people really enjoy it. At that price point, I think I was expecting a little more overall value, especially since my usual spots can typically include small pizza and wings for around the same cost. Still, I appreciate trying somewhere new and giving it a shot.

Relative to their hard liquor, it would appear by in large that the larger formats of 750 mL on up are for the most part are at state minimum prices. This is always one of the key criteria for me when looking for liquor stores in addition to a large selection to choose from. Main purpose of my visit here was in obtaining a bottle of Combier orange liquor, which is my go to orange liquor when making my Blanco margaritas. This particular liquor is extremely hard to find in Michigan where in the past I had to order it online, which is no longer an option due to the Michigan out of state liquor restrictions. This liquor definately falls into the Boutique criteria where it is very difficult to find in most liquor shops in Michigan, which should give you an indication of the types of wines and liquors that this business carries. Additionally, they offer you the ability to order online if they dont have it in stock, at state minimum prices, which I took advantage of as they only had one of the four bottles I was looking for. Nice! Most liquor shops will not go through the hassle of doing this but this business did and with no deposit required. Double nice!! Overall this is an excellent liquor shop that offers great selection, at good prices and goes out of the way to take care of the customer. I will definately be shopping here again in the near future!

I went with a lavender lemonade which was sweet and tart, a little floral but in a good way. Also ordered the buddha bowl which was super disappointing. Not much flavor and dry.
