The food was still excellent--the flavors, quality, and presentation were everything I remembered. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the food. I noticed that after being seated, I waited while other tables who arrived after me were checked on multiple times. My server checked on me once when bringing my food, and when I asked for additional garlic, she said she would bring it when she got a chance. Unfortunately, I never received it, even though I saw other tables receiving attentive service and having their requests addressed quickly. What was most disappointing is that this was a place I genuinely enjoyed and wanted to continue supporting. I hope management takes a closer look at consistency in customer service and makes sure every guest feels welcomed, acknowledged, and taken care of. Great food deserves great service for everyone.

The in-store menu doesn't even disclose the other toppings and ingredients for some reason. People can always choose to omit or substitute the stuff they don't like. The image you have going is that you just sell plain ass meat on top of rice. This place is actually pretty damn good and has a whole lot of potential. My advice to them is to go to Middle Eats. It's almost the same business model. They're killing it. In all honestly I don't think the way they do things is all the perfectly optimized and yet they're 1000 miles ahead of where you guys are. The salads both look crisp and are good. Nice dressing, light. There was one small salad butt in my husband's salad. The grilled chicken was a bad dry. The chicken kafta was moist. Asked for a side of garlic sauce since we didn't get any with our 3 kafta skewers, not a lot of garlic sauce in the dish, at least it's free. The salads were good, the chicken kafta is better on too than the grilled chicken for us. Food and service was all good here.
