The color came out really pretty and she trimmed my hair nicely too. I mentioned also that I have sensitive skin and she made sure to wrap my neck and wash so I wouldn't have a reaction. Passed by a few times and my wife wanted to try it out. Called for an appointment and it was real quick and easy. When we got here we got checked in real fast no wait, it's nice to know the appointment as on point. First thing you notice is that it's extremely open in concept and clean. Very lounge kind of environment. We both ended up getting the deluxe mani and pedi. Service was very attentive and careful. I've had pedicures that were rough, but this place was real careful and clean which was the biggest thing for me. Wasn't rushed it was really well done and the peppermint oil and massage was a nice touch. The wife and I will definitely be regulars after this. New guilty pleasure has been unlocked! After a short hospital stint I had no energy to wash my greasy nasty hair. My friend and I walked in without appointments and were immediately welcomed in for a wash a blowout dry. Denise did my hair and did such a fantastic job! I will be recommending her to my all my friends and family the owner did my friends hair which is thick and curly and A LOT. She is hard to please and she left so happy and we can't wait to go back! Haven't been to a hair salon in years but actually changing my mind about them now because how great of an experience I had. I walked in today and Queenie took me right away. She washed my hair thoroughly which was absolutely needed. I was there for a trim and told her 6in and she cut just that. (In previous salon experiences they have cut more than asked which is why I haven't been to a salon in so long.) So I was pleasantly impressed. Then she blow dried it to perfection! The vibe in there was very chill and inviting. I was offered coffee as well which was a nice treat. They do offer other services for both nails and skin. I don't usually write reviews, but when I heard my favorite hair stylist was opening her own salon, I just had to visit and write an honest review. Queenie has been doing my hair for pretty much my whole life. I am so thankful she has stayed pretty local in Orange County because I only trust her with my hair. She has been there for my bleach blonde days, when I went with fun colors like purple, grey, and orange, she has also been there for special occasions like my high school proms and cut my hair for my own wedding last year! Anyways, today I visited Queen Queenie for a haircut. Queenie took off 6 inches, added layers, and put life back into my life. My hair is so shiny and smooth! As for other services, my husband and I both got pedicures. It was really nice and relaxing. The ladies who took care of us were amazing and really gentle. My husband has in-grown toenails and he said this was the first time he wasn't grimacing in pain. The salon is really spacious and clean. It wasn't too hot or too cold. They also do facials and waxing, which I'll have to check out on my next trip. When we were there, they just put in a coffee bar and they also offered water while we were getting our toes done. Unsatisfactory! Delavu salon was great! Bought by Babes & took a sad turn. Bought my Groupon before sold to Babes. Babes would not honor my groupon purchase. Groupon said they would honor, but when I drove a distance for my appt they would not. Was a they said vs Groupon said... ugh! Owner was not helpful!
