Terrible Service. I asked for a lavender pedicure ($58) because it's the one my friend recommended. She did a terrible job on my heels and when I asked her to fix it she said she couldn't. The cuticles around my toes were not done very well and the bright color that I picked was also a mistake., it was all over the sides. I don't mind paying for a good service, but when it's subpar and you bring it up to them, and they don't address it, that's just bad business. I won't go back. PLENTY of nail spas around. read more

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I have been to this salon 3 times and have sworn I would not go back each time; however, this is one of the only salons open in Naples on Sunday. Today I went to have my gel pedicure removed and a regular pedicure put on. The nail tech proceeded to grab the cutical cutter to remove my gel pedicure instead of wrapping them in foil with acetone. I jumped right away and said something. He then filed and wrapped them in foil, but only because I said something. Additionally, he did not use any cutical softener to remove my cuticals. Terrible all around. They also file the nails down way too harshly. I will not be back to this salon EVER! read more

My technician was sweet and made my shape perfect. They have tons of beautiful colors - colors I've never seen before and the place is just gorgeous. I loved this nail salon, wish we had one this nice back home. Cindy greeted me by offering me a drink, I felt was a nice touch. The staff gave me fair pricing quotes. I got the gel mani ($30) and basic pedi ($28). They were honest about any additional costs if I wanted additional services. I had asked if she could remove the callus on my feet, but it would have been an additional $10, so I opted out. Cindy did a great job with my feet and my hands. She also gave a great massage while I waited for my nails to dry. My only recommendation is they post their services and prices on a board and online so that customers can plan better. Overall, I had a great experience and would strongly recommend this place for their quality, price, service and efficiency. read more

I've been going there since they opened, about seven years ago. I'm a full-time Naples resident and I went there for nails and pedicure every three weeks or so. Recently the service has been terrible. My scheduled appointments have been delayed due to walk-ins, and I've been pushed off to new nail techs rather than my regular person. In April I had a pedicure with somebody I had never used before, she cut my foot badly and in fact it is still bleeding 2 months later and I am still using Band-Aids. I went back after that episode and my regular nail tech laughed when I told her about the problem! I'm never going back and I do not recommend it any more. Very sad. read more

By far the best pedicure I have ever gotten!!!!! I've been all around the states and haven't received any like this!!!! Five Stars! Grace was recommended by my daughter, and she delivered! My appointment was for 6:30 in the evening and I was out by 7:30. My legs were wrapped with moisturizer, hot towels, and saran wrap, and massage was probably 15 minutes long. Also, the removal of calluses on the feet was incredible with the ending of paraffin on your heels. One of the best things about the visit was the camaraderie between the employees, the teamwork that I witnessed was such a joy! I witnessed coworkers, trying to learn from one another, in the art of acrylic, and then wrapping up the night with everybody, joining in on cleaning. Which they did a wonderful job! While visiting Naples I needed to do my nails so I searched for places near the hotel, after being turned off with one nails salon and leaving without getting service I found Babi close to me so I decided to check it out. I was welcomed warmly and the ambiance was very inviting. I explained to the receptionist what French manicure I wanted (not the clear/pink and white ugly one, I wanted the foggy and white) they told me not to worry and that I will be happy. Olivia was my manicurist, she was very sweet and kind, she was professional and gentle. The pedicure was phenomenal (the massage part) even though I chose the basic service since I was in a hurry. Then the manicure was exactly what I wanted. Very rarely that they understand what I want in a French manicure. I've gone several times and have waited several hours because they overbooked their appointments and take In walk-in's as priority over the appointments already made. It's happened to me several times. The female owner is rude and always has an attitude. The work is always hit and miss depending on the tech. After being dissatisfied with either the customer service or the lack of a quality pedicure or manicure, I decided to give Babi a shot based on a recommendation from a friend. SEARCH NO MORE! I found my place!!! My nail specialist, Eric, was one of the BEST I have ever experienced in not only NAPLES but the other states we reside, Arizona and NY. The massage part of my pedicure almost put me to sleep. When they say a 15 minute foot massage, they mean 15 minutes. There are several pedicures to choose from. I chose the lavender.....fabulous and complete with hot towels and a hot stone massage. For my manicure, I chose the powder dip. Powder dips can be tricky and not everyone is trained and experienced as they should be. Eric did such a professional job! Not too thick and very smooth! He is a perfectionist! I came here from out of town for the first time with my mom and grandmom and we were all very impressed. As soon as we came in we were greeted and the man came right up to us to see how he could help with what we were looking for. I got a detailed design on my nails and was so happy with the way they turned out. They were upfront with me about what the additional charge would be for the design before starting which I appreciated. They paid great attention to detail and made sure we were all completely satisfied with the cuticles and nail shape before putting the color on. This is probably the best dip powder polish I have ever had! I called at the end of the day to see if I needed an appointment, but I was told to come in, they had time. The process to remove the old polish is my least favorite part, but they made it very efficient. By adding plastic gloves and a hot towel over my cotton soaked, foil fingers- it didn't take long and was relaxing. My nails are perfectly shaped, the right thickness of powder and he even took the time to trim my cuticles, sand away the extra under my nails, and smooth the edges by my cuticle so that as they grow out, they will look better. Then, a shoulder massage at the end! I'm here on vacation and wish this salon was at home. Very good job! read more

Babi is the only nail salon I have been going for the past months. I always do dip manicure with regular pedicure and most staff do a good job. I have never walked out upset or regretting coming. Today I got my nails done by Danny, and let me tell you I am so so so happy with how my nails came out. I'm usually telling the technicians to shave down a little more or file mow straight but I did not have to tell Danny one thing. He paid attention to so much detail and made sure they looked perfect, not to mention that he did them fast. Shoulder massage was amazing. I went to Babi for a pedicure and wanted a relaxing experience so I chose an expensive, $58, pedicure.....well, it was pitiful. lots of hot towels and not much else. I paid, and tipped 20% only to find out that they charged my card twice. When I asked for a refund - the owner or manager told me that I needed to just wait a couple of days for the refund on my card....I asked for cash refund since it was their fault at which point he said, "look honey, you will get your refund in a couple of days"....wow, ripped off and treated in a derogatory manner....NEVER AGAIN! He did my gel manicure in less than 20 minutes and it has now chipped in less than a week. This is my second time coming here and it will be my last. This was my go to nail salon until the energy was consistently abrasive and relatively rude especially by the management team. There are some sweet nail technicians there but the management team is more so abrasive, unfortunately. They charge extra for matte top coat after two visits of not charging got the matte top cost snd all of a sudden, it was extra $3 for a part of the nail service- top coat is included. Two colors are extra, even. Above all, I'm sad I don't feel generous with my money there unless the nail technician was good and kind. Just so you know kindness go pretty far in gaining generosity from customers. I do care about true reciprocity and KINDNESS go far. It's very valuable when I leave the nail salon feeling pretty and refreshed energy-wise. Cannot emphasize the value of kindness, it even gives the business more money. I've been getting my nails done every month for the past 5/6 years and this might have been the worst experience in a nail salon I've ever had. I didn't catch the guys name but he was the most aggressive nail tech I've ever had. Then after hurting me 3 times (twice with a nail file!!) he had audacity to say "you need to relax". At which point I had totally lost my cool with him. He rushed the whole job because they were about to close. After he left the table he definitely said something rude to a college in a different language. Would never return. By far the best nail experience I've had in a long time. A client recommended them to me and I saw the rating on Yelp so I called to set appointment. They were able to get me in at the time I wanted. The atmosphere was soothing and it was very clean. Lots of colors to choose from. The customer service was great and it was a great value for the price. I've been going to this nail salon for a few years now, but unfortunately I now have to go somewhere else. I always schedule an appointment to be fair to the nail techs there. After scheduling an appointment I had to wait in a pedicure chair before someone came to assist. I had no issues with that and said no problem. Then the service went downhill. I was rushed and two nail techs needed to work on me at the same time because they were getting a bunch of walk-ins. So here I am sitting twisted while one lady works on my gel manicure and the other my pedicure. What is supposed to be a nice relaxing time was rushed and uncomfortable. Then they had the nerve to question my tip because I tipped normally - they mentioned that I had two nail techs. I told them I didn't ask for two nail techs, and I was rushed and had an appointment. From the moment I walked in the door to receive my gel pedi and mani I was treated kindly and given the info to feel comfortable. Being from out of town I am used to how my nail salon works and while I don't feel I'm picky, I'm just used to the way things are at home. Michelle was my pedicure tech and she was very friendly and helpful with my questions...she also gave me compliments on my skin! She helped me choose a color and gave a great foot massage with my Babi pedi. My mani turned out beautifully and just the way I like - short nails! I have been meaning to do my review of this salon for a bit. I was here on May 19th, 2016. I was in town for a wedding and needed a mani/pedi. Most salons were booked, and I found Babi Nail on my phone. Wow, was I lucky. The salon is quite large. The chairs and stations are gorgeous. I was VERY impressed with the hygiene in the salon. They put a liner in the pedi bowl before it is filled. All tools looked to be sterilized and nothing is shared. The chairs were very comfortable and have the standard massage settings. We were offered a beverage while we received our services. Let me tell you about those services....This had to be the best pedicure that I have ever gotten. Strong massage, great scrub, pleasant smells, and a long lasting polish job. I then got a manicure and was treated to a neck and shoulder massage while I dried. Both my manicure and pedicure lasted a long time. I have relatives who live in the area, and I recommended that they start coming here. I only wish that I lived here, as I would go back. Not only do you get excellent service, they are also very pleasant and do an amazing job! Went for my very first sns manicure and my second manicure in USA. Manicure was just fine, nothing special but people are very sweet and fast. I gave 5 stars because of the massage I got. 60 min body massage by Cindy. As soon as Mia (who did my manicure) started to give shoulder massage while my polish was drying, I realized they are good and I asked for a massage. Just because of I was cold, Cindy used hot stones, hot towels to keep me warm as an extra treat. As a massage therapist it is important for me to have a massage therapist who is watching one's needs rather than being just automatic. She found the spots I needed, felt very relaxed!
