Easily $10 resale that's a nice margin (looked at prices when I was in store).... but what about the 20 other items? The clothing is really only for babies and toddlers. The selection of older boys clothing was sad to say the least. I guess I'll stick to the online consignment store I had been using THAT SOUNDS LIKE **REDUP... at least then I can get myself something with the store credit too. This was my worst consignment experience hands down. The owner Amy was arrogant, dismissive, and rude.

Note: They do have items that are brand new with tags but I'm referring to the used clothing. I totally understand they need to make a profit, so I decided to skip some of those overpriced items. I also like how the store is organized by size and gender! It was very helpful for me considering I only had about 30 minutes to shop before an appointment. The cashier who checked me out was very friendly. With it being my first time in, she was very kind when explaining to me how the Clean Out and Cash In program worked and how their return policy worked. The not-so-good: Upon walking into the store, I wasn't greeted but made eye contact with an employee. Not a huge deal, but a smile would have been nice. There's not a large selection of boy clothing. I wasn't overly surprised given every retail store (whether it's Target or H&M) has a larger girls section than boys, but I was hoping for a little bit more in the 18-24 month and 2T. I suppose it varies depending on what comes in and goes out for inventory. Overall, I'll definitely be back to explore their Clean Out and Cash In selling program and to look for more clothes for my son.

It has a collection of items that aren't from a same designer and quite high in quality and price but very good looking items. On my first random stop by, I found my new favorite two gloves, which match my outerwear perfectly and they're warm, look and feel amazing. I also got a fancy jacket here. Prices are high here but the quality is good. For my personal taste, some items are targeted for much older women, but you can find something here. The reason I gave 3 stars is cause of the stuck-up service. She was slow, checking you out top to bottom, super slow to ring me up and takes forever to just wrap and put in the bag. And there were people waiting behind me. If they up theirs service quality, it could really be a favorite spot for many people.

For the quality of the items - they should be listed at least under 15$. Items I found had minor stains on them (some due to age, some due to questionable sources). A shirt I really liked had tiny specs of something on top, which I would have been fine wearing after a wash, but buying outright for 25$? Um... not really... I'm bad with money, but not that bad. I also found a shirt with a hole in it listed for 22$... and I did end up buying it because I can maybe crop it or hem it, but 22$ for something with a hole in it? That's a bit crazy, and I probably should not have bought it. (Plus when I asked for a discount due to the damage on the stained shirt and the shirt with the small hole, I was told no. So... Yeah, I mean do with that information what you will.) I understand it's second hand items and they won't be in perfect condition, but the benefit of shopping secondhand is you can often get 3-6 items for the price of one.
