The outside was unimpressive as it is located next to the liquor store but inside was so girly and cute. I was greeted by someone and she checked me in. Although there was some miscommunication with scheduling my appointment, I was not seen until an hour later. Piper did my lashes she took her time and was very gentle. Beforehand she made sure to ask what I wanted which I really appreciated. The little lash care kit that they give out had information on how to care for your new lashes with two wands, I have never been to a place that gives out information card like that! I wish I could say the service was as consistent with each worker, but like all places-- we have our favorites. One of the main reasons I stopped coming here was because of recurring scheduling issues. I had been a customer for months, I always consistently came to my appointments, and for some reason, towards my last few appts, it kept getting rescheduled. On one occasion they had texted me to reschedule, and I didn't text back right away, and they took liberty to reschedule without my consent. Management needs to understand that you can't expect a person to reply promptly during business hours on a weekday, I was at work and wasn't able to see it until the damage was done. I would say, please don't list a technician available, if they aren't. I'd rather book far in advance than have unpredictability with whether or not my technician is going to reschedule (again). read more

The curls didn't hold their shape either. * I do my lashes often, so I take care of them when I have extensions. i finally found my fav lash technician! Jeannie :) ive been to multiple other places to get my eyelash extensions done before but i can genuinely say no one compares to jeannie and how well she does my lashes as well as is the best person ever! what stands out the most about jeannie's lash extension application is that shes super duper gentle with it and truly takes her time to make sure every individual lash sits nicely on my eyes. And its important to note that lash application is definitely not something thats as easy as just slapping on a some lashes and calling it a day. You need to have a good eye for how each lash will sit on the eye so that the individual lashes could all come together in the end in a way that will flatter your eye shape. And needless to say, Jeannie is the first lash technician ive had who truly knows what shes doing and its very clear that shes had a lot of experience with eyelash extensions. The only thing is that I just hate having to take the time to do them in the morning and I always kinda wanted to try eyelash extensions. I found this place as a referral from a friend. This place is a shit show. I've been coming to this location for a year and the last 3 times I have come they have been 30min late or don't even show up. The people who answer the phone are clueless and can't even book an appointment correct. And they just look at you with a clueless face when you ask any questions. The lady who did my lashes ( i don't remember her name) was really informative and let me know what the process was. It took two hours, like she warned me. I have been struggling to find someone perfect for eyelash extensions. As someone who needs to travel from San Diego to Claremont frequently, I needed someone who was able to give me the care that my lashes deserve. When I first arrived, Jeannie made me feel at home and comfortable. I mentioned to her that I often have problems with my eyes being slightly uneven, which is something I'm insecure about. First, she explained different styles and shapes of lashes that would suit my eyes. Once she recommended the lashes that would best suit my eyes, she strategically mapped out where to place the lashes without the end product look thrown on there. Typically other lash places aren't really considerate about how their type of lashes/placement might impact the look of the client, but this place has high standards in quality. I've had some horror extensions in the past; however, Jeannie took her time to ensure that each lash was in the correct place. Her technique was above what I've experienced in the past, she's definitely a pro. I was very pleased that she was able to create an illusion of symmetric eyes. What I wanted was lashes with length and volume and she did exactly that. Jeannie was the one who helped me with my service. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through all the products she was using and told me the different styles they had to offer.
