I was initially told that staff would not help with tear down but thankfully they did help tear down the very minimal wall decor we had. The party room definitely requires a lot of imagination and I really wish they gave more time for setup, especially given the location in the mall and how far you have to walk from the entrance for each trip to and from the car just to get things into the place- which you then of course have to unload and then set up. I highly suggest measuring prior to planning decor and bringing some extension cords as there are only 2 outlets in the party room and they are a good distance from the tables you are given to use. The benches at each table hold 4 adults per bench. My kids love to come here even on a regular, non-party day and have lots of fun at this little town. There is so much for them to do that they can spend hours here without getting bored.

He helped us get our decorations to the party room, checked in throughout the event, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The party room was ready when we arrived, and he even helped coordinate the timing of the pizza service based on when guests had arrived. On a very hot Valencia day, he also made sure we had plenty of ice and drinks for the kids, which was greatly appreciated. One thing we really loved was the option to pay an additional fee to bring in our own food. It gave us the flexibility to provide extra snacks for the kids and create a fun end-of-school-year "snack shack" theme that the kids absolutely loved. That added flexibility made the party feel even more personalized and special. As the party came to an end, Nick and Charles continued to provide exceptional service. They handled the cleanup and reassured us not to worry about a thing, which was a huge help after 15 energetic kids spent the afternoon running, climbing, and having a blast. Many of the families attending had never been to Billy Beez before, and everyone was impressed. While I was waiting for a worker, I saw a roach crawling on the counter. Seeing a cockroach in an area that customers regularly interact with is very concerning. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any business, and this experience left me questioning the overall sanitation standards. If there's one roach visible during business hours, it's hard not to wonder how many more there might be that customers don't see. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses it immediately. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.
