And you ask them to send you your itemized bill through the secure patient portal. June 18th you send them "Because you has repeatedly refused to provide the legally required itemized statement for the $784.09 gross charge and have evaded all requests to speak with a supervisor, I have officially filed a formal consumer complaint against this facility with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division." I called to make follow and was told I had a six month appt and rude reception would not listen . i ask to speak with office mgr and the call was disconnected I called back several time and when they picked my call it was disconnected. I filed a complaint with insurance and waiting to hear back. Needless to say Palm Valley Avondale is unprofessional and staff don't give a damn.
