The ultrasound tech was sweet and she had a nice upbeat attitude. She kept things very positive, although our baby wasn't cooperating that well. We ended up with a lot of side profiles because she was covering her face with either hands or feet. We did the 4D ultrasound at 33 week, although it worked well for our son, I think our daughter was a bit too cramped to really show her face. Overall I give 5 stars since everyone was nice. If they don't get a good view, I know their website states they will offer you to come back. We didn't ask, since it wasn't offered to us, maybe due to her age? Not too sure what the guidelines are.

First, I was EARLY into my pregnancy. As a four pregnancy, something felt different and I wanted to see my baby to be sure. Little Buns and Nikki is not a medical establishment and she is not a medical professional, but she is a sweet, good hearted woman and at 7 weeks when not even a OB would see me early, Little Buns did. The boutique is beautiful. With super cute and unique baby wear, the lobby and room had snacks and toys for my toddlers. There is a big beautiful screen right in front of the bed to see your tiny baby wiggle. And I will love forever that Nikki was the one who got to show us that what I thought felt off, was twins. This was one of the most disorganized and unprofessional medical offices I have ever dealt with…read more My wife was referred for an emergency ultrasound after concerns from her OB about our baby's health. Because of this office's limited availability, the earliest appointment they could offer was over a month out, several weeks after the OB recommendation. In a situation where timing actually matters, the delay alone was unacceptable. When we finally got to the appointment, we found out they had scheduled everything without ever confirming that they accepted our insurance. Because of that, we were left with a nearly $2,000 bill for a visit that should have been covered. Since then, I have called repeatedly to try to resolve this. Every single time, I am told someone will call me back in 24-48 hours. Not once has that happened. After more than three months of trying, not a single call has been returned. No follow up, no accountability, no effort to fix a mistake that they caused. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to send us to collections, which makes it very clear where their priorities are. Rather than speak with a patient who is actively trying to resolve a problem, they would rather ignore it and escalate. During all of this, my father was taken to the emergency room for heart issues. He ended up being in the hospital for over two months and ultimately received a heart transplant. He is now recovering at home. How is this relevant? Well, if you are considering dealing with this business, remember that it would be faster to get a heart transplant than it would be to work with them. This has been an incredible situation to deal with while supporting my pregnant wife, navigating a family medical crisis, and trying to get a response from an organization that seems completely indifferent to the people they serve. To be fair, the doctor was good and the care itself was fine. There were no issues there. However, everything surrounding that care is completely broken. The scheduling, the insurance verification, the billing, and most importantly, the complete lack of communication when something goes wrong. If everything goes perfectly, maybe you will get through your visit without issue. But if anything goes wrong, you should fully expect to be ignored and left to deal with the consequences on your own.

The office is very clean and looks new. We only had to wait 1-2 minutes before being taken back for the ultrasound. Brooke, the Ultrasound Technician, was outstanding . She was professional, welcoming, and reassuring. Based on the clarity of the images, the ultrasound equipment seemed to be state of the art ( in comparison to other ultrasounds I have been to with my ddaughter and daughter in law). Brooke explained everything in detail, and was very thorough, checking measurements, anatomy, and organ development. All of the images and videos were emailed to my daughter upon leaving. I highly recommend this medical center. As a retired Registered Nurse, I can usually determine competent medical care, and all aspects were there.
