I have been a gap (and sister brands) customer for decades. I purchased two pairs of jeans that I needed for a trip the next day, and sent my husband to pick them up. He went to old navy to pick up an order there (same company) with no trouble, but at Gap Factory an employee - named Holly - refused to release the items to him. My husband then offered to show her a picture of my photo ID, but she still refused. I then called the store directly, explained that he was my husband, and then offered to text a photo of our marriage certificate even though we have the same name, and she still refused. Here's where it gets even weirder: I called the 1-800 Gap customer service line, where they confirmed that my husband should be able to pick up my order (he has, in fact, picked up orders from this very same gap factory location before without issue). The corporate customer service staff then called the store to remind Holly of the corporate pickup policy, and she STILL refused to release my order! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I am now leaving for my trip without my jeans. Thankfully, corporate has gifted me a $40 gift card for my troubles, which I will use to purchase the same items for delivery to my home. I'm still reeling over this awful experience and I will never give this location my business again. Do yourself a favor and just buy online. read more

Now mask is not required, but clerks wear masks. I feel little uncomfortable now after so long mask requirement. Deals are good. I got 3 pairs of jeans, since my jeans were getting holes... Fitting rooms are messy and not cleaned after previous person. Check-out person was friendly. Overall some stuff are good deal and worth coming to check out. read more

Awful experience watching the blonde sunburned manager here force credit card on a non-English speaker. I watched her lead his answers and complete questions for him in a push to secure another credit card application, even knowing he had no understanding of what he was applying for or the ramifications. This is the worst run gap factory outlet! When you walk in before closing, they will tell you that you have x minutes until closing and kick you out right at the time of closing. They also close the fitting rooms at least 15 minutes before. They are extremely rude and do not provide customer service. They make the customer feel very unwelcomed in hopes that you don't shop there. The manager, Adriana, was shown company policy on the website and would not honor that policy for a color exchange in accordance with company policy. Now I have to go back and return the item I was exchanging because online cs did her job for her. Avoid at all costs! Do not recommend this store. read more

Came here Christmas Eve and it wasn't as bad as I'd expect it to be while the Old Navy next door was a rampaging hodgepodge of clinically insane baboons, the Gap wasn't all that crazy. Instead of waiting in line for at least 30 minutes at Old Navy, I decided to come to the Gap instead. There was quite a selection for men's wear, which made me like it instantly. I found some very good deals, up to 60% off of nice dress pants and instead of paying 55 dollars, ended up paying 22. I had a giftcard for 25 dollars (which was the reason I came to both Old Navy and Gap) and paid with it, with 3 dollars left on the card.. which frustrated me because I had to now come back at a later time to spend that 3 dollars. But the nice cashier, whom I can only assume had to deal with a lot of people during the holiday season, offered me cash instead of having three dollars on the card which was fantastic and the icing on the cake. Great deals, great customer service.. what else can I ask for? read more

This is my favorite GAP!! The prices are great. The clearance is great. I'm a huge fan of the jeans. I love the body sprays. I buy a lot of clothes here for the entire family. The hoodies are sturdy. Customer Service is the WORST! Parents, don't forget your stroller, because they have no shopping carts and if you are CRAZY enough to come in from Old Navy next door using one of Old Navy's carts (same company, btw) you will be promptly asked to leave.....As my 8 month old and I were today! Yay! Their rule of "no carts" and not having any of their own for customers makes for a very unfriendly atmosphere for families if you do not have a stroller with you. Apparently, GapOutlet would rather I put back the items of clothing I already had in my cart, then to allow my daughter and I to be in their store with the cart. I can't hold my daughter AND shop at the same time! And they offered no other alternative. Then an employee mentioned something about the reason being about the "floors". So keeping their wood laminate floors in pristine condition is also more important than a customer making purchases in their store. I guess they feel pretty financially secure in this fragile retail market. I will not be back! read more

The store is nice in that it has a lot of stuff and is usually well stocked. Lots of stuff on sale when you walk in on a random day. The quality isn't noticeably lower than the regular Gap store (you know how sometimes the factory stores just have cheaply made crap for not much less than regular price?). Overall, I like the store for the actual goods. However, the store is a little cramped which is usually fine, but one time i went when they were having a big sale and turned right around and walked out. The checkout line was to the back of the store. 40% off is not worth that kind of hassle. Tons of stores have 40% of sales at least once a season and you can shop from the comfort of your couch. Oh, and about the lady complaining that they don't have carts? I would stop going there if they had carts. Dear god, you can barely get around with just people and a rare stroller blocking the narrow aisles. There is no room for carts. read more

This Gap Outlet is in a great location and it has pretty good deals. The Gap Outlet isn't as cheap as it used to be, but on my last visit I did get two shirts, a sweatshirt and a pair of slipper socks for $50. I wish it was a little bigger and easier to navigate, but definitely worth a stop in if you are in the area. read more

I consider myself a gap outlet connosseiur, and this one is the worst around. It's much smaller than watertown or kittery, and it's always a comlplete disaster and has a million sized "small" of everything, but not much else. It's also super crowded, and the lines are always stupid long. And their dress selection kind of sucks. read more

Messy messy messy. Prices were great but i went in around noon and this place looked like a bomb went off in it. Not sure if it's because it's a smaller store or if there is just a severe lack of organization. Love stocking up on Tees and other clothes here. The quality is good enough and they e-mail me a 40% off coupon every once in a while. I can usually pair this with a 20-50% off sale they already have and get out for next to nothing! Used clothes on craigslist would cost more than new clothes here. Make sure to sign up for their e-mails and you will be in deal heaven. read more

I love a good deal! These days it's so easy to avoid paying full price on most things. Naturally, I was pumped to see the Gap Factory Store. The store has a women's, men's and children's section that always seem well stocked and every time I've been to the store, employees were straightening up and folding clothes. Leaving the store pretty neat and tidy for an outlet. What's tricky about the store is some things a regular price as labeled, then there are deals (BOGO %off or 2/$20, etc), items that have been marked down with orange stickers and clearance. If you're counting pennies, it might be a little tricky to keep track of it all. I recommend signing up for the promotional e-mails as you will likely receive 15% off your total coupons. read more
