It was scheduled for delivery Sunday and nobody showed up, yet the delivery team lied and claimed they did. It was rescheduled for Wednesday. After waiting around a second time, the crew finally arrived only to bring the completely WRONG mattress. I took TWO days off of work for these deliveries. I have been forced to sleep on my couch for weeks and desperately needed this bed. Their pathetic attempt at a resolution was to offer me a couple of free pillows as if that makes up for a missing $1,500 bed and weeks of back pain. When I called the Natick store to get this disaster resolved, Store Manager Matt completely passed the buck. He told me there was nothing he could do because it is a third party delivery service. He didn't even bother to apologize for the extreme inconvenience and massive waste of my time. Instead of fixing their mistake, his only real solution was to just push a refund on me and walk away. Mattress Firm took my money, botched two deliveries, and Matt completely washed his hands of any responsibility. If you expect a company to actually honor its delivery dates or care about customer service, avoid Matt and this location at all costs. Shambolic operation.

When Bob's customer support got back to us, turns out, switching the wrong frame for the right one, with drawers, (which is more expensive than the basic frame without drawers and requires a box spring), would take an EXTRA TWO WEEKS. Then, on delivery day for the RIGHT bed frame, one of the delivery men BROKE ONE OF OUR STAIR BOARD STEPS! They said corporate would handle damages and get the repair taken care of, and they called the support to start a claim. If I could give 0 to negative stars, I would. Because...GUESS WHAT?!!! Their claims department just denied our claim and tried to gaslight us, so they could be CHEAP and wiggle their way out of responsibility and liability for the damage they caused to our property. They claimed that the damage was due to "normal wear and tear" This situation has been infuriating. The second one the brackets did not line up at all. The delivery crew tried to wedge the pieces together. The pieces of the sectional were completely crooked, but they seemed to think that might be ok. We said no we want the original one back off the truck because at least that one could line up with the other pieces even if it couldn't attach. Items were unpacked on the grass in the front yard as pictured even though there was plenty of room inside. The original piece was damaged when it was put on the truck.

Very friendly associate was working at the time and she showed me the best fabrics recommended for people with dogs and took the time to show me different designs that would suit my space.
