And I pointed out her brows as an example of the arch and shape, but she left me with butchered 90s brows that have drastically changed my appearance in a way I cannot fix. Jenette, the manager, saw my google review and called me this morning (May 4), and told me "there was nothing wrong with my brows", she defended her brow artist, told me I was speaking to her out of line, but that she would not at all want my "after" brows either. She offered for me to come in and "fix" them. When I asked how, she said she would tint them. I tint them weekly. A tint doesn't grow hair.
