Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.

When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
