So cute! Ending the meal with Italian marmelad and a small bag of pasta with recipe on the back.

Still very new but I'm so excited about what is going to be. The cocktails are absolutely amazing and the food we have had so far as been really good. Keep in mind I have only visited during the soft opening days and I am sure the small quirks will be ironed out shortly. If I can recommend just one thing I would say try the side of foraged mushrooms! I don't care what your main course is, this is the side you need. They bring you fresh baked bread from their pizza oven and it is presented with olive oil "disguised as butter" (it actually looks like 3 green grapes - so cute) and it is delicious. My next visit I will for sure try the pizza from the oven. They also have dry aged meat, locally sourced that is on my to-do list. Looking forward to many great meals here!

The restaurant itself is a breath of fresh air. It has a very luxurious vibe. The food was great and so was the service.

Complimentary drink upon arrival, cute touch.

Vibe: 10/10 Food: 7.5/10 Service: 9/10 So here's the thing: the vibes were vibing, great decor. The workers were all very attentive, however, we were a bit disappointed that the bread, salad and appetizers we ordered all arrived at the same time; likewise our pasta and our steak also arrived together. This made us feel rushed, and for the price, you don't want to feel rushed. Also with it being Italian and a said, "coursed" menu, we really feel that was a miss. Overall the food was good.

Opening night at Bacco was full of hustle, performance and personality from Virginia the GM, to the Table Captains, the Sommelier to the waitstaff. It's an elegant, full service, fine dining Italian steakhouse. Portions are larger than small plates. The bread service is intimidatingly large, but it's a puff pastry, served with whole garlic cloves, oil and basalmic. We enjoyed the Copper River Salmon in a lightly citrus sauce, the Spaghetti al Pomodoro served al dente, and the Pan-Roasted Alaskan Halibut that was crunchy on the outside and still soft and tender inside. Dessert was the Tiramisu which came in a large pan, and could have had more Grand Marnier. There is a full bar and expansive wine list. There is a children's menu too. Parking at the hotel valet is validated.

My wife and I were spending a few days in Nashville enjoying the sights and food. We live in Virginia. We came across Bacco what a Gem. They say if you strive for excellence, some times you will achieve perfection. Our meal and service were perfect. I would come back to Nashville just to enjoy the food and service again. Thank you for a very special evening!

If I could give this a 10 star review, I would! Cash was the best bartender. Amazing cocktails and ambiance can't wait to come back. Worth all my time and money

I believe our server's name was John. The restaurant itself is beautiful and everyone was very friendly. We got quite a few things to share. We started with the grilled artichoke and foccacia bread with pesto which were both excellent. Really enjoyed the saltiness of the bread and the grilled warm lemon that they served with the artichoke. I would like to try the meatballs next. For our next dish, we got the Sunday lasagna. Really nice presentation and the noodles were so thin and fresh. The meat was so flavorful and delicious. We also got the pig pizza and spicy vodka rigatoni. The spicy vodka rigatoni was very spicy. Honestly, it was almost too spicy for me to eat much of it. My husband loved it though! I put some parmesan on mine but he felt he didn't need it. We also got the pig pizza which was delicious and flavorful as well. The salami on it definitely had some spicy kick to it though!

It was easy to make a reservation using an app, but it was not necessary when we arrived at 4:45pm. We were greeted by the hostess and seated immediately after confirming the number in our dinner party. The inside has been updated with new colors, wallpaper, and decor on the wall. The booth seating appeared reupholstered and was very springy. Haha. It was comfortable. Love the updates despite it making the interior seemed much darker with the dimmed lighting. (No photo of today's decor.) Our server was attentive and knew how to handle several tables as the main dining area filled up. By the time we left, all the tables were occupied. I loved my Blackened Salmon with Shrimp dish. Delicious with different flavors tickling my senses. I was forewarned, but the spiciness was not too hot - it was perfect! The side salad and appetizer were so filling along with the bread. After the main course, I had no room for dessert. Wah. I love all of their dessert options. However, we did learn that the mini sizes are no longer available. (sigh) Of course, I will come back. Happy that they have kept up with the quality of food, service, and ambiance that I remember so fondly. Last time, I had ordered To Go. Great pricing, but not the same experience. Excellent option if you do not have a lot of time. Easy to order online or just call it in. Separate entrance for picking up is convenient. Photos added from previous visits (draft review never posted). Before 2020, we dined here regularly since Maggiano's is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the area.

My husband and I are both Celiac, and we received the entire menu prepared gf, which is unheard of for Italian!! The food was prepared separately and we got to take home the leftovers. Highlights include: gluten free focaccia, pasta, cannoli (which was stupid good) and a fried doughnut which nearly brought my husband to tears. Loved watching the Godfather and getting into the dancing, could barely walk on the way out. 10/10 will come again ASAP

I was completely impressed from the food, to the service, to the overall experience. We spent the several hours here laughing, dancing out the full pasta tummies and toasting to a good time. I really didn't expect to leave full after seeing the first few courses but I can safely say it was well worth the money because I left absolutely stuffed. What is really unique about this, compared to other coursed meals is they will box up anything you can't finish so you can take it home. I enjoyed most of the courses, especially the fresh made mozzarella, the creamy pasta and the donuts. The cocktails were great too but as you can imagine with many people ordering drinks at the same time, it took a little to get your drinks. Nothing wrong with this though! The head chef gave a lovely speech about how this restaurant came to be and the intent behind it which brought tears to my eyes. You can tell that there is huge level of care put into every aspect of this place and by the time you leave it feels like leaving your aunt and uncles place. So even if you don't love every dish or some of the dancing made you feel silly what you remember is how lovely the night was overall and what this place makes you feel. It was a very perfect all around and really fit the theme and intent for my birthday this year. For me this is more of a special occasion kind of place but I will certainly be back and will be telling friends to go.

We know why it's packed now. The interior is stunning, the service was on point. Professional and personable at the same time. We had the pleasure of sitting outside on a beautiful evening. It was perfect. We started with the tuna tartare and marinated octopus. I'm iffy when it comes to octopus. If it isn't done right, it's horrific. This was so tender, sliced thin, and was a perfect bite with the chilled potatoes. The tuna tartare was equally as good, but the octopus stole show. The tuna has a burnt orange vinaigrette around the outside of the plate. It's more than just a garnish. Make sure you get a bite with the tuna. For dinner we had the bolognese, duck ragu, and braised short rib. All three dishes melted in your mouth. The duck was my favorite, I added a little whipped ricotta to each bite and it was just 10/10. For dessert I asked if they could make a pistachio martini, and gave them the ingredients. Their bartender hadn't heard of one, free poured it, and absolutely nailed it. The cannoli filling was too sweet and too thick for me. It tasted like thick buttercream icing. Personal preference, but I prefer a lighter filling. All in all, I would say don't walk to Luogo...RUN. Reservations are highly recommended.

While the restaurant's decor is beautifully done and sets a great ambiance, the overall experience unfortunately didn't live up to the aesthetic. We arrived for a 7:00 PM reservation and were seated quickly. The host was warm and welcoming, letting us know our server would be right out. However, we waited about 15 minutes just to have our drink order taken. When our Limoncello Margaritas arrived, they were a major disappointment--watered down, lacking flavor, and with no detectable alcohol. On a positive note, the meatball appetizer (one large, delicious meatball cut into four) was excellent and the highlight of the night. Unfortunately, the entrees didn't maintain that standard; my rigatoni and my coworker's pappardelle with duck ragu were mediocre at best. With so much potential in the atmosphere, the food and beverage execution left a lot to be desired. I don't see myself returning.
