Went to Bacco at the Four Seasons for Father's Day brunch, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My husband and I both ordered the Two Eggs Any Style. I chose soft-scrambled eggs, which are surprisingly difficult to get right, but these were perfectly cooked--light, creamy, and exactly how soft-scrambled eggs should be. The dish came with a choice of Gifford bacon or sausage, roasted potatoes, and bread. I selected the bacon and sourdough toast. The bacon was delicious, and the roasted potatoes were the perfect accompaniment. I also appreciated the assortment of condiments provide in the table including raspberry, strawberry, and orange marmalade jams, along with honey and hot sauce. My husband opted for the chicken sausage, which had a subtle sweetness and a lovely hint of rosemary that made it stand out from your typical breakfast sausage. My daughter ordered the açaí bowl, and it was just as impressive. It was topped with fresh berries, kiwi, Goji berries, peanut butter, and honey, making it both beautiful and delicious. Beyond the food, the service was polished, and the ambiance was exactly what you'd expect from the Four Seasons--elegant, relaxing, and welcoming. My husband took me to Bacco for date night last Saturday, and it was a decent experience. The complimentary valet parking for 3 hours is a huge plus. However, the acoustics inside aren't great and it was hard to hear my husband across the dinner table. The service was pleasant at first but ended up displeased when we didn't order as much as they wanted us to, and the food was so-so. The pasta was alright but the best dishes were the foraged mushrooms and cannelloni beans sides. Wouldn't go again for the price point but to each their own. read more

Excellent meal at Bacco in the Four Seasons Hotel. Bread service was very unique. Puffed pizza type came out piping hot with steam coming out when opening the bread! Be careful. Served with solidified olive oil formed to look like olives sitting g in olive oil and balsamic. Outstanding! We ordered a second one to use for scarpetta (wiping the sauce from our plates at the end). The pastas are freshly made in house and cooked perfectly al dente. Pasta portions are perfect as a first course. Highly recommend the bucatini with lump crab and Calabrian chili. For the main course we split the olive brined chicken, forged mushrooms and sautéed escarole. Loved the uniqueness of these items not normally found on an Italian menu. Dessert did not disappoint either. Chocolate hazelnut gelato was the favorite but the chocolate and cherry with Sicilian pistachios was also a winner. Service was great and our server expertly answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions. Staff were very attentive, refilling water, silverware for each course and wiping down the table between dishes being served. Still very new but I'm so excited about what is going to be. The cocktails are absolutely amazing and the food we have had so far as been really good. Keep in mind I have only visited during the soft opening days and I am sure the small quirks will be ironed out shortly. If I can recommend just one thing I would say try the side of foraged mushrooms! I don't care what your main course is, this is the side you need. They bring you fresh baked bread from their pizza oven and it is presented with olive oil "disguised as butter" (it actually looks like 3 green grapes - so cute) and it is delicious. My next visit I will for sure try the pizza from the oven. They also have dry aged meat, locally sourced that is on my to-do list. Looking forward to many great meals here! read more

I have visited for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, and drinks, and every experience has been consistently exceptional. The Nerano-style pasta with zucchini is extraordinary--silky, savory, delicate, and deeply comforting. It is one of those dishes you continue thinking about long after the table has been cleared and easily one of my favorite pastas in Nashville. The pizzas are equally impressive, arriving perfectly baked and accompanied by scissors for cutting and sharing, which turns serving a pizza into such a fun and memorable experience. The tacos were another unexpected hidden gem. One bite immediately transported me back to memories of dining poolside at Four Seasons Punta Mita. The freshness, flavors, and presentation felt like a carbon copy of that experience--an incredible little escape that somehow brought the warmth and ease of Mexico directly to Nashville. This morning, I stopped in for an early brunch on the beautiful patio and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Monica. Her service was outstanding from beginning to end. She delivered genuine anticipatory service and continuously looked for those golden nuggets of information that could make my experience more enjoyable. For example, Monica noticed that I was with my dogs and brought them water bowls without my ever having to ask. It may seem like a small gesture, but that is exactly what exceptional hospitality looks like--recognizing an unspoken need and responding naturally and thoughtfully. That simple act immediately made me feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely pampered. I also shared my dietary restrictions with Monica, and she could not have done a better job helping me choose my brunch. She listened carefully, asked the right questions, and confidently guided me toward a meal that accommodated my needs without feeling like a compromise. Her recommendation was perfect. To me, true luxury is the art of not having to think. It is having your needs anticipated, met, and then exceeded before you ever have to ask--and that is exactly what was demonstrated here. Monica was gracious, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being intrusive. She noticed the smallest details and made everything feel effortless. Her lovely restaurant manager was equally warm and welcoming. Together, they created the kind of experience that stays with you long after the meal and makes you want to return again and again. The patio is beautiful and relaxing, especially during weekend brunch with live saxophone music. It feels refined without being overly formal and offers a peaceful escape in the heart of Nashville. An honorable mention must also go to Steven behind the bar for making an absolutely ridiculous Naked and Famous cocktail--in the best possible way. It is my drink of choice, so I have had plenty of them, and Steven served that baby up beautifully. It was easily one of the best I have had in Nashville. Monica, you were outstanding. Thank you for making an ordinary brunch feel like a genuinely special occasion. Whether you are visiting Nashville or already live here, I highly encourage you to add Bacco to your regular rotation. The workers were all very attentive, however, we were a bit disappointed that the bread, salad and appetizers we ordered all arrived at the same time; likewise our pasta and our steak also arrived together. Opening night at Bacco was full of hustle, performance and personality from Virginia the GM, to the Table Captains, the Sommelier to the waitstaff. It's an elegant, full service, fine dining Italian steakhouse. Portions are larger than small plates. The bread service is intimidatingly large, but it's a puff pastry, served with whole garlic cloves, oil and basalmic. We enjoyed the Copper River Salmon in a lightly citrus sauce, the Spaghetti al Pomodoro served al dente, and the Pan-Roasted Alaskan Halibut that was crunchy on the outside and still soft and tender inside. Dessert was the Tiramisu which came in a large pan, and could have had more Grand Marnier. There is a full bar and expansive wine list. There is a children's menu too. Restaurant just opened and we happen to come in for dinner. Everything was delicious. Their version of bolognese was an absolute favorite. The staff brought out a cheesy flatbread and shaved truffles on top. It was heaven. Halibut was excellent as well. The ambiance was bright and not too loud. The outdoor seating was closed but can't wait to return to enjoy other items on the menu. The staff was on point and knew the menu very well. I had an outstanding experience at Bacco. The beef quality is exceptional--I went with the Delmonico ribeye and it was cooked to perfection with incredible flavor. My wife's cocktail, the Rosolio (Italicus, strawberry, Lillet Blanc, soda, and prosecco), was refreshing and well-balanced, and the foraged mushrooms and gnocchetti sardi were just as impressive--every dish was PERFECTLY executed. The wine selection, guided by David the sommelier, elevated the entire meal. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality--attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Major upgrade from the former concept Mimo! Service was thoughtful. Drink trolley cart for my house Manhattan made table side was a nice touch. However, the star of the show is the food. Bread service was different in the best way. Dry aged steaks and house made pastas were both amazing. Bar area looked fun but we went straight to our table for dinner so I'll try to hit it next trip.
