Great establishments are built not just on food or ambiance, but on how people are treated--and that piece is clearly missing now. Jordon, was genuinely kind and pleasant, but one positive interaction couldn't outweigh the manager's miserable attitude. It's hard to see a place that once felt so special lose its charm like this.
